a. Tell and write time in minutes including a.m and p.m using analog clock.
b. Shows time using analog clock
c. Value the importance of time.
II. Subject Matter
Learning Competency: M2ME-IVa-5 tells and writes time in minutes including a.m.
and p.m. using analog and digital clocks.
Materials: Power Point Presentation, Worksheets, Laptop and TV
Reference: MELCS and SELF LEARNING MODULE

III. Procedure
A. Preliminary Activity
1. Drill:

Who can remember the continuous pattern?
The teacher will give example.

3. Motivation
The teacher will ask a riddle.

Try to answer this riddle “I have hands but no fingers. I help you know when it's time
for school, lunch, and bed time”. What is it?

Do you have a clock at home?

B. Developmental Activity
The teacher will introduce the new lesson to the students, engaging them through
interactive activities, questioning, and discussions. With the teacher's guidance, students
will actively participate and develop a clear understanding of the lesson.

1. Activity:
The teacher will show a picture.’

2. Analysis
a. Can you tell me what do you see in this picture?
b. Do you know how to read time in a Clock?
c. What about the second picture what do you see, and the last one?

Teacher will start the lesson.

Discuss about the Analog Clock and Digital Clock.

Give more examples.

Give the two types of clock.
