MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1. That the accused is filing the present application for cancellation of Non
Bailable Warrants issued by this Hon’ble court on 13.03.2024 against the
accused.

2. That it is pertinent to note that the accused has already paid part of the
pending payment i.e a sum of Rs. 2,00,000 (two lacs) to the Complainant
mentioned above on 31.03.2023. A copy of the receipt of the payment
made to the complainant is annexed herewith and marked as Annexure-1.

3. That the accused is also ready to pay the legally entitled amount of
complainant

4. That the accused could not be present on the previous dates of the hearing
as the office address of the accused has changed due to which he had no
 notice of the dates. The accused from now on will ensure his appearance
before this Hon’ble in the future dates.

5. That on behalf of the accused my Vakalatnama is also annexed herewith

and marked an Annexure-2

6. That the present application has been made bonafide and in the interest of
justice.

PRAYER:
In view of the above facts and circumstances, it is, therefore, most respectfully
and humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to:
a. cancel the warrant dated 13.03.2024 pending against him;
b. To pass any other relief/order/Direction that this Hon’ble Court may deem
fit in the interest of justice and equity.
