Voice Training : 1 year in high school

Choral Experience : 1 year in high school

Diction Proficiency : English (fluent), Tagalog (basic)

Voice Part : Tenor / Baritone

Range : Low – E2 High – G3 Best Singing Range : G#2 –> E4

Size : 1.5 octave , good for a Tenor 2 Breaks : D2 & F#4

Quality : thin timbre, light opened vowels in "zo"

Rhythm (Palestrina's Descendit angelis Domini [SSA] – Benedictus) : great sense rhythm.

Was able to clap the Soprano 1 rhythm within one try of not making a single mistake.

Sight Reading / Pitch : reasonable sight reading and sense of pitch when asked to sight read the

Alto section (knowing the fact that his voice range fits the section). Always get himself confused

with matching the rhythm and pitch at the same time. Had to repeat a section of the score

multiple times to get it right.


Intonation / Ear : He did a great job in singing back multiple melodic pitches i played on the

piano that consisted of 2 to 5 notes.

Prepared Piece : Stella by Starlight

Comments : Jared is a good candidate and must be considered to be in tenor 2 section. His jazz

theory background helps him a lot in score analysis and singing back multiple tri-tones during

intonation / ear test.
