Managing this pressure hasn't been easy. There have been times when the
weight of it all has felt unbearable, leading to periods of intense anxiety and self-doubt.
I've found myself procrastinating, neglecting my physical health, and isolating myself
from friends and family. In those moments, the problem felt like it was consuming me, a
dark cloud overshadowing everything. However, I’ve actively worked to overcome these
feelings. I've learned to recognize the warning signs of an impending mental health
crisis and have developed a range of coping mechanisms. I make a conscious effort to
incorporate regular exercise, healthy eating, and sufficient sleep into my routine. Even
small acts of self-care, like taking a walk or listening to music, can make a significant
difference. I've reached out to friends, family, and university counseling services for
emotional support.
