INTERVIEW qs FLEET MANAGEMENT

First of all there were 3 interviewers sitting in front of me and a laptop was kept in front of me where
another interviewer from a distant country was also present via Google meet

Give a brief introduction about urself .

Tell something about ur family .

Why do u want to join merchant navy other than money ?

Are ur parents okay with ur decision to join MN?

What will u do if any incident happens at home while u r sailing ?

Did u apply for any other company before?

How do u come to know about our company?

Do u have any relative in MN?

Do u came in contact with any seniors in fleet/MN?

What did ur seniors say about the work load on ship?

How much work u think u have to do on ship?

How much time u spend time on internet? How will u spend ur time on ship?

Do u have gf?

Fav subject ??? I told maths ....So total 14-15 qs were asked to me from maths of difficulty level easy to
moderate to a very little bit high ,

I could answer every maths qs except the last qs which was about probability .

At the end they asked IS EVERYTHING OK AT HOME? DO YOU KNOW THE FEES OF TSR? HOW WILL
YOU PAY IT ?
The interview was very interactive and with many answers of mine the interviewers were impressed and
also they laughed at many answers which I gave them sarcastically.

This time I think I cleared the interview because this time I tried to make a better conversations with
them and make a bond within that period rather than focusing on the answers only.

Like they laughed at these answers :

1. Do u have gf

No sir , Unfortunately I don't have a gf

2. How much time u spend on internet? And what will u do if there is no internet?

Sir I generally spend 6-8 hrs on internet . And if there is no internet then I have kept my backups , I have
many downloaded videos , I will watch those.
