GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW

1. Students to be physically present in the school on the days of assessments.


2. Attendance is mandatory during all the assessments. No retest would be conducted.
3. Timings:
a) Reaching the School: 8:20 a.m.
b) Paper Reading time: 8:40 a.m. – 8:55 a.m.
c) Paper attempting time: 8:55 a.m. – 11:55 a.m.

4. Strict adherence to the timeline is expected.


5. Students reaching school after 8:20 a.m. will not be allowed to attempt the paper.
6. Students to be ready with their stationery at the time of assessment.
7. No correction pens or electronic devices including digital watches would be allowed.
8. Students are expected to read all the instructions carefully before writing the assessment.
9. Use of unfair means will be viewed strictly. If found using unfair means, the student’s paper shall stand
cancelled.
10. The meal from school would be available to the students who have opted for the meal facility from
school during the lunch break.
11. The dispersal timings on assessment days would be at 12:45p.m.
12. Non-assessment days would be considered as Preparatory offs.

We urge all students to take the assessments seriously and put forth their best effort. Remember, this
assessment is not just a test of knowledge but a measure of personal growth and development.

Let us all work together to ensure that every student achieves his/her full potential.
