Part 1

What is your hobbies ?

Like everyone, including myself, has at least one recreational activity. Watching
movies has always been one of my favorite hobbies . I’m now binge-watching the
Netflix sitcom “Bojack Horseman.” It’s a lot of fun, and I’m hoping to finish the last
season this weekend.
Which musical instrument do you like listening to most? (Why?)
My favourite musical instrument to listen to is the guitar. I like the fact that there are
different types of guitar, like classical, acoustic and electric. I love the variety of
sounds a guitar can make.
My favourite musical instrument to listen to is the ukulele. I like the fact that there are
different types of ukulele, like soprano, concert and tenor . I love the variety of sounds
a ukulele can make.
Do you prefer action films or comedies?
Neither really. If I had to choose between them I’d pick comedies, but what I really
like is romantic films, especially those involving love. I enjoy getting a good love.
Do you think it is important to read novels and poetry?
Well, my teachers always told me it is. But reading, I can take it or leave it. I can’t
remember the last time I picked up a real page-turner. I don’t think it’s important to
read. You can be entertained by films and you can be educated by the television,
watching documentaries and so on. So, I don’t feel I’m missing out on anything.

Hobbie
Question 1: Do you think men and women tend to have different types of hobbies?
Well, traditionally, there have been certain stereotypes about men and women's
hobbies. For instance, men are often associated with more physically demanding
activities like sports or video games, while women are linked to more creative pursuits
such as knitting or painting. However, these are just generalizations, and I believe that
individual preferences play a much bigger role. In today's society, people are more
free to choose their hobbies, regardless of gender.
Question 2: Why do some people get obsessed with their hobby?
I think there are several reasons why people can become deeply engrossed in their
hobbies. Firstly, it could be a way to escape from the stresses of daily life and find a
sense of peace and tranquility. Secondly, some hobbies can be incredibly stimulating
and intellectually challenging, providing a constant source of interest and excitement.
Lastly, hobbies often involve a strong sense of community, allowing people to connect
with like-minded individuals and share their passion.
Question 3: Do you think hobbies that keep you fit are better than hobbies that you
can do sitting down?
While it's true that physically active hobbies can contribute to better health and well-
being, I don't believe they are inherently superior to sedentary hobbies. The best
hobby is one that brings you joy and fulfillment, regardless of whether it involves
physical exertion. Ultimately, the key is to find a balance between different types of
activities. For instance, if you spend a lot of time sitting at a desk, engaging in a
physically active hobby like hiking or swimming can be beneficial. However, it's
equally important to allow for relaxation and mental stimulation through activities like
reading or board games.
Free time
Question 1: Do you think it can be a disadvantage to have too much free time?
Yes, I believe that having excessive amounts of free time can indeed be a
disadvantage. When people have too much idle time, they may struggle with boredom,
which can lead to negative emotions like anxiety and depression. Additionally, it can
be difficult to stay motivated and productive without a structured routine. Too much
free time can also make it harder to develop new skills or pursue personal goals.
Question 2: Should people feel a duty to do something constructive in their free time?
While it's beneficial to engage in productive activities during free time, I don't think
people should feel obligated to do so. Everyone has different needs and preferences,
and what constitutes "constructive" can vary from person to person. Some people may
find relaxation and rejuvenation through hobbies like reading or meditation, while
others may prefer to volunteer or learn a new skill. As long as individuals are using
their free time in a way that brings them happiness and fulfillment, there's no need to
feel pressured to be constantly productive.
Question 3: Do people have more free time now than in the past?
It's a complex issue. On one hand, technological advancements have made many tasks
more efficient, freeing up time for leisure activities. For instance, automation has
reduced the amount of time people spend on household chores. However, on the other
hand, the demands of modern life, such as longer working hours and increased
responsibilities, can limit the amount of free time available. Ultimately, whether
people have more or less free time compared to the past depends on individual
circumstances and lifestyle choices.
Childhood part 3
Part 1: How does a person's childhood influence what kind of adult they become?
A person's childhood experiences significantly shape their adult personality and
behaviors. Early childhood is a formative period where individuals develop
fundamental beliefs, values, and coping mechanisms. Positive childhood experiences,
such as love, support, and encouragement, can foster resilience, empathy, and a
positive outlook on life. On the other hand, negative experiences like abuse, neglect,
or trauma can lead to lasting emotional scars, affecting mental health, relationships,
and overall well-being.
For instance, children who grow up in supportive families tend to develop strong self-
esteem and social skills. They are more likely to be confident, assertive, and capable
of forming healthy relationships. Conversely, children who experience neglect or
abuse may struggle with trust, anxiety, and depression as adults.
Furthermore, cultural and societal influences during childhood play a crucial role in
shaping individuals' worldview and aspirations. Exposure to diverse cultures, ideas,
and perspectives can broaden one's horizons and foster tolerance and understanding.
Part 2: When does a child become an adult in your view?
The transition from childhood to adulthood is a complex and gradual process that
varies across cultures and individuals. While legal definitions of adulthood often rely
on age, I believe that true adulthood is marked by a combination of factors, including
emotional maturity, independence, and responsibility.
Emotionally, adults are capable of self-awareness, empathy, and effective
communication. They can manage their emotions healthily and respond to challenges
with resilience.
Independence is another key aspect of adulthood.
Financially, adults are able to support themselves and make independent decisions.
They are also responsible for their own actions and the consequences thereof.
Ultimately, the age at which a person becomes an adult is subjective and depends on
individual circumstances. While some may reach adulthood in their early twenties,
others may take longer. It is important to recognize that personal growth and
development are lifelong processes.
Part 1:
Childhood
• What is your most vivid childhood memory?
One of my most vivid childhood memories is from when I was about five years old.
My family and I went on a camping trip to a nearby lake. I remember being so excited
to be surrounded by nature, with trees all around and the sound of the waves lapping
at the shore. We pitched our tent, roasted marshmallows over a campfire, and went
fishing in the lake. I caught my first fish that day, a small bass, and I was so proud of
myself. It was a simple but magical experience that I will always cherish.
• Are you still in touch with your childhood friends?
Some of them, yes. We’ve all moved on and have very different lives now, but it’s
nice to catch up from time to time and reminisce. You may have more in common
with more recent friends but childhood friends feel almost like brothers and sisters,
and there’s something very special about that relationship.

Childhood:
One of my happiest childhood memories was a summer vacation we spent at my
grandparents' house in the countryside. We used to go there every year, and I always
looked forward to it.
My grandparents lived in a small village surrounded by lush green fields and a
sparkling river. The air was fresh and clean, and the nights were filled with the sound
of crickets chirping. We would spend our days playing outside, exploring the woods,
and swimming in the river.
One particular day that stands out in my mind was when we went fishing with my
grandfather. He taught me how to cast my line, bait my hook, and patiently wait for a
fish to bite. I was so excited when I finally caught my first fish, a small but feisty carp.
My grandfather was so proud of me, and I felt a sense of accomplishment that I've
never forgotten.
That summer was filled with simple pleasures and unforgettable moments. It was a
time of innocence and joy, and I cherish those memories to this day.
