Daily Progress Report (26/09/2023)

Project: Commercial Residential Building (G+12+Roof) at Al Nahda First


From 7th to 15th Floor
1. On Level 16 foundations are ready to pour concrete with dry mix.

2. On Level 15 make a foundation for an LPG cylinder with steel and plywood. Also outside

plaster of the lift machine room has been completed. The application of Medium and primer

on the ceiling of the lift machine room has been completed. Two sides of the walls have been

completed with plasterwork on the outside of Staircase # 02.

3. On Level 14 Fixing of Corner bit inside of GW3 is in progress.

4. On Level 13 Plaster work in Flat # 11 (03 Rooms) has been done. Also cutting and chipping

of the bathroom floor is in progress. In flat # 07 grinding on the ceiling for paint work has

been done.

5. On Level 12-bathroom shuttering of the lintel with steelwork has been finished and is ready

to take concrete with dry mix.

6. On Level 11-bathroom shuttering of the lintel with steelwork has been finished and is ready

to take concrete with dry mix. Also, the Application of fine in flat # 05 has been completed.

Did plaster in Flat # 12 one room only. Did grouting around plumbing works in Flat #

04,05,06,07,08 & 10.

7. On Level 10 apply primer in Flat # 02 & 03 on walls.

8. On Level 09 did waterproofing in Flat # 01,02,03,04,05,06,11 & 12.

9. On Level 08, repairing AC pipes and plumbing works with C/S mortar is in progress.

10. On Level 07, extra concrete is chipping on the slab.

11. Safety works continue.

12. Material shifting and arrangements continue.

13. Site establishment continues.

14. Housekeeping continues.

15. Curing continues.
