Aim: To study the steps to protect a Microsoft Word Document of different version with different operating system.

Learning Objective:
• At the end of the session you will be able to
• Understand how to protect a Microsoft word document.
• Be familiar with how to password protect Microsoft word document in different type of operating system.
• Open a Word File.
• Click on File Menu
• Click on Info Tab
• Click on Protect Document.
• Click on Encrypt with Password
• Enter the password
• Retype the password
• Now your document is password Protected
• Reopen word file to check.
