Dear Sir/Madam,

Sri Venkateswara College, established by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) in July 1961, is amongst the premier
colleges of the University of Delhi. It offers 21 different undergraduate courses of Arts, Commerce and Science streams
along with 10 post graduate courses.

Sri Venkateswara College is happy to announce Nexus 2025, its annual inter-college Cultural Festival, to be held on 27th,
28th February and 1st March 2025 in the college premises. Nexus is one of the most keenly anticipated fests owing to its
past success and continued excellence.

It is a grand three-day fiesta that attracts a large number of students from different colleges of Delhi University, BITS and
IITs across the country. The festivities range from competitions in the field of Debating, Creative Writing, Dramatics, Music,
Dance, Painting and Photography amongst others. But that’s not all, it also boasts of cultural events like performances by
leading Bollywood artists such as Mohit Chauhan, Sunidhi Chauhan, Kailash Kher, Jubin Nautiyal, Arman Malik, Ankit
Tiwari and renowned Rock Bands. Furthermore, Nexus generates a lot of buzz due to our trademark competitions like the
Battle of The Bands, Choreography, Razzmatazz, Madari and 35+ such events, 5000 participants across Delhi NCR colleges
and 25,000+ footfall across three days.

The festival is organized on a large scale and has carved a niche for itself amongst the youth of Delhi. This year, the Nexus
juggernaut returns to the university spectrum, promising to be bigger and better than ever before.

In the past, Nexus has been sponsored by reputed corporate houses like Pepsi, Andhra Bank, MTS, Hero, Nokia, Meizu,
Airtel, VH1, Baba Elaichi, Motorola, Nestle and Catch to name a few. We request you to augment our efforts this year by
sponsoring a host of events. Sponsors will get an excellent opportunity to not only promote their products and services but

STALLS PROPOSAL

Cost (for three days during the fest):

Guidelines:
1. The rate is not negotiable and the stalls are sold on first come first serve basis.
2. 4 Chairs and 4 Tables in a 15*15 feet stall and 2 Chairs and 3 tables in a 7.5*15 feet stall will
be provided as per standard. Any requirement for extra table or chair needs to be specified in
advance at an additional cost.
3. Proper illumination will be provided in the stalls.
4. Electricity Connection will be provided by the college. Extension Cords will have to be arranged
by vendor. Extra electricity requirements shall be as per prevailing commercial tariff and as per
the consumption calculated by college.
5. Allocation of stalls will be done by draw of lots.
6. College will not provide any storage facility for cylinders or other equipment.
7. Vendors will have to accept refreshment coupons. Coupons will be reimbursed by college
through cheque after fest.
8. Non-Vegetarian Products are not allowed inside the College campus.
9. The list of items (menu) and their rates will be discussed in advance. Once decided, menu and
rates cannot be changed.
10. The Stall vendors shall put their equipment inside the stalls and cannot occupy the ground
space.

*The organizers shall not be held accountable for guaranteeing any sales/profits.

CARTS, SMALL STALLS AND KIOSK PROPOSAL
Carts:
Cost (for three days during the fest) - Rs. 15,000 only

Guidelines:
1. Only Space will be provided from college.

2. Electricity Connection will not be provided by the college.

3. 2 Chairs will be provided as per standard provision. Any requirement for extra table
or chair needs to be specified in advance at an additional cost.

Small Stalls:
Cost (for three days during the fest) - Rs. 10,000 only

Guidelines:
1. The rate is not negotiable and the stalls are sold on first come first serve basis.
2. 2 Chairs and 1 Table will be provided as per standard. Any requirement for extra table or chair
needs to be specified in advance at an additional cost.
3. Allocation of stalls will be done by draw of lots.
4. Selling of food and beverages in the small stalls are not allowed.
Kiosk:
Cost (for three days during the fest) - Rs. 10,000 only

Guidelines:
1. Only Space will be provided from college.
2. Any type of selling of products is not allowed.
3. Vendor has to carry his/her own canopy.
4. Electricity Connection will be provided by the college. Extension Cords and other material will
have to be arranged by vendor.
5. 2 Chairs and 1 Table will be provided as per standard provision. Any requirement for extra table
or chair needs to be specified in advance at an additional cost.
