Requisition Submission:
Senior authority of various departments will give the manpower requirement in the prescribed manpower requisition mail after
filling form to HR.
Record Keeping:
All approved manpower requisitions, along with relevant documentation, will be maintained in a centralized record accessible to
authorized personnel.
People form the major resource of any organization, and the best productivity and efficiency arises when there is a right fit for the
right job. The recruitment and selection process hence arises as a vital system.
Recruitment Process
Upon receiving an approved requisition, the respective department head, along with a senior authority, will collaborate to develop the person
profile and job content for the specific position.
Selection Process
• Resumes will be screened by the HR, and shortlisted candidates will be submitted to the relevant senior authority for interview
and final approval.
• For middle- or senior-management positions, a technical or functional interview will be conducted by a panel consisting
of at least two senior-level employees.
• After assessing the candidate's suitability, the Human Resources department will conduct a final conversation to discuss the job
and negotiate the salary.
• To ensure consistency with established employee levels, functional heads are prohibited from making salary offers.
Human Resources will perform a document verification check on the selected candidate before finalizing the
decision.
