Description

The Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for HDPE tank liner welding addresses the specific risks and safety protocols associated with

1. Switch off all the equipment and machines(In case of car/vehicle, switch it off and leave the key in the car with door unlock)

3. State exactly what happened (Fire, Release, and injury).
4. State the exact location of the incident
5. State the exact wind direction.
6. State how many personal need medical assistance (otherwise state No-Injury and casualty)
7. State your name, company badge number.
8. Repeat the information and don’t hang up until told to do so or it is unsafe to stay for more time.
9. Proceed to the nearest Assembly area in the up wind or cross wind direction (Look at Wind Sock for air flow direction).
10. Help and guide your mates to the nearest assembly area if they don’t know and if it doesn’t risk your safety.
11. Crew supervisor/ foreman has to make headcount of his employees.(Report any missing person to the security)
12. Stay at assembly area until all clear sirens is sounded.
