ABSTRACT:

The Controller of Examinations (COE) project aims to bring in a pays his/her exam fee either
by online/offline, payment receipt along with hall ticket is generated and they can download
them in that page itself, and an acknowledgement of whether the candidate has received the
hall ticket or not is sent to the admin for future references. Thus, on a whole it serves as a
complete automated software which handles every tedious and complex process handled
during the examination times by the exam cell of our college. Centralized system that will
ensure the activities in the context of an examination system that can be effectively managed.
So, our project covers the exam fee paid slip along with the hall ticket. As soon as the
candidate.

LITERACY SURVEY:

In the existing system only we can see the details of some information about the course and
course id for the upcoming Sem exam .The existing system as more work load for the
authorized person, More man power, Time consuming, Consume large volume of pare
work , after payment of exam fee also there is problem in hall ticket generation, and certainly
many fields are either wrong or empty, the candidate is supposed to paste his photo in the hall
ticket and get it attested by professor , it doesn’t have any information regarding the date and
session of exam in it.
To avoid all these limitations and make the working more accurately the system needs to be
computerized.

ISSUES:

 Candidate has to attach a recent color passport size photo in the hall ticket for every
semester.
 No information provided regarding the date and session of the exam in hall ticket.
 Issues in receiving the hall ticket via the registered mail id is inappropriate at certain
circumstances.
 No sort of acknowledgement is sent to the admin regarding whether the candidate has
received hall ticket or not.
 Information regarding the exam is regular or arrear information is missing.

SOLUTIONS:

 Photo of the respective students are attached on the top left corner.
 Information regarding the regular or arrear exams are to be added, fetching the
previous list.
 Adding the date and time, fetching the information from the exam academic calendar
with respective to the subject.
 Acknowledgement is sent to the admin for future reference.

CONCLUSION:
The result of this implementation will be a fully-fledged working examination system for
college. Apart from this, students will be able to view their hall tickets .Each user will have
his/her independent working status in this regard .
