HALLOWEEN PROGRAM FLOW

Host:
Good afternoon, everyone! Welcome to our 2024 Halloween Party! We're thrilled to
have you all here today. Let’s kick things off with some fun and spooky
celebrations. Before we begin, we’d like to ask everyone to please proceed to the
conference room for assembly. We’ve got an exciting program lined up!

[1. Assembly at the Conference Room]


Host:
Now that everyone is gathered, we’re ready to officially start. To open this
celebration with grace, let us all take a moment for a short prayer.

[2. Opening Prayer]


(Assign someone to lead the prayer, or the host can say the following.)
Prayer Leader:
Let’s bow our heads in prayer.
(Leads the prayer)
Amen.

Host:
Thank you! Now, it’s time to welcome the stars of the afternoon—the kids! We’ll be
having a spooky, adorable, and exciting parade showcasing their incredible
costumes! Everyone, please give them a round of applause as they walk through
the stage!

[3. Kids Parade at the Conference Room]


(Background music plays. Kids parade around the room, showing off their costumes.
Host can make comments during the parade to add excitement.)
Host:
Look at these amazing costumes! We’ve got superheroes, witches, zombies, and
even little pumpkins! Aren’t they the cutest? Let’s keep the energy going as we
cheer them on!
[4. Awarding of Best Costume for Kids]
Host:
And now, the moment we’ve all been waiting for—the announcement of the Best
Kid’s Costume! Our judges have deliberated and made their decision. Drumroll,
please!
(Drumroll sound)
The winner of the Best Kid’s Costume is…
(Announces winner)
Congratulations! Please come forward to receive your award! Let’s give our winner
a big round of applause!

Host:
Next up is the part that all the kids have been looking forward to—Trick or Treats!
Get your baskets and bags ready, because it's time to collect some goodies!

(Staff or volunteers distribute treats. The host can guide everyone on how the trick-
or-treating will proceed.)
Host:
Alright, kids, it’s time to visit our stations for treats. Make sure to say “Trick or
Treat” and show your best smiles!

Host:
Now that we’ve enjoyed the fun and collected lots of goodies, it’s time to recognize
the efforts of our departments who went all out with their spooky decorations! We’ll
also be announcing the Best Decorated Department along with the Best in Costume
for adults. Let’s give a big hand for all the creativity and effort!
