Subject: leave application for family trip.

Dear Sir

It is stated that I am an employee of this company as an Manager Technical


Lead, would like to take leave for Four days there is a personal issue came up in
the family. All the family members are planning for a trip to Singapore and
Malaysia for Four days on [15Th Dec to 18Th Dec,2024] and my presence and
corporations is necessary.

I would never be asking you for the leave if there such important matter did not
come up but now I have to take leave to enjoy this cheerful moment. I will give
instructions to my junior so that all the emergency works will be done by them.

Therefore, it is a request to grant me a leave for the above mentioned days


only. I hope my presence will not be making any kind of problem.
