The Provost
BAIUST Hall,

Syedpur, Cumilla.

Subject: Request to Initiate Shuttle Bus Service for Hall Students.

Respected Sir,

We hope this letter finds you in good health. We are writing to formally request
the initiation of a shuttle bus service for hall students during the evening hours,
specifically from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Many students residing in the hall frequently need transportation during these
hours for tution, essential purchases and other important activities.
However, the lack of a dedicated transport service during this time often causes
inconvenience and safety concerns, especially for students returning late.

This initiative will greatly benefit students by ensuring safe, reliable, and
accessible transportation during the evening hours. We sincerely request your
kind consideration of this matter and hope for a positive response.

Thank you for your time and support. We look forward to your approval.

Sincerely,

BAIUST Male Hall residents.

Subject: Request for Establishment of a Common Room.

Respected Sir,
We hope you are doing well. We are writing on behalf of the students of
BAIUST Hall to formally request the establishment of a common room in our
hall. Currently, there is no dedicated space where students can gather for
relaxation, discussions, or recreational activities. As a result, students often face
difficulties in finding a suitable place to socialize, study collaboratively, or
engage in indoor activities.
A common room would provide a much-needed space for students to unwind
after their academic commitments and foster a sense of community within the
hall. We propose that the common room be equipped with:
 Seating arrangements for group discussions and relaxation
 A TV, Refrigerator and a Hot & Cold Water Filter
 Indoor games like chess, carrom, and table tennis for refreshment.
The establishment of a common room would greatly enhance the living
experience of students in our hall, promoting a healthy balance between
academics and recreation. We sincerely request your kind consideration and
approval for this proposal.
We would be happy to discuss this further and assist in any way necessary to
make this initiative possible. Thank you for your time and support.

Sincerely,
BAIUST Male Hall residents.
