1. JOB PROFILE:
Promotion of various products and services related to our group company.
Making corporate presentations to the clients
Sourcing new clients by generating leads.
Preparation of techno commercial agreements.
Assisting on technical issues related to our products & services.
Billing & commercial settlements of clients with DISCOMs/ SLDC/RLDC.
Meeting the quarterly targets.
2. SKILLS:
MBA(Marketing) - OR B.E Electrical/ B. E Electrical & Electronics/B.E
Electronics & communication
Excellent communication skills in English, smart.
Very good marketing skills having smart & intelligent decision making
qualities.
4. SERVICE CONDITIONS:
The candidates will have a probationary period of Six Months.
Notice Period of Three Months to be served by Candidate at the time of
leaving the company.
The candidates require to sign a 20 months service commitment with us.
3. REMUNERATION:
A. For MBA /BTech candidates: Management Trainee - Business
Development(Technical Sales & Marketing
Cost to Company (Annual CTC) :
Rs. 5, 12, 000 per annum.
Break Up of Salary Details:
Net Salary : Rs.

Subsidised Food (Facilitated by Company) : Rs. 36,

Mediclaim (Individual Insurance provided by company) : Rs. 8, 000

Bachelor’s Accommodation (for first year only) : Rs

4. Other than the above, the Candidate would also be entitled to tour reimbursement
as per actual entitlement.
5. Designation – Management Trainee/ Executive Trainee
Experienced Candidate – Junior Manager, after confirmation Assistant Manager.
**Accommodation - Provided by Company for the first year of Service only. If the
employee does not / can not avail the facility, for whatever reason, the amount will
not be credited to salary. We are offering Company accommodation only to male
candidates.
** Subsidized Food (Maid, Cook & Utensils etc) provided by Company but meal and
electricity(proportionate) charges have to be borne by the candidate. If the employee
does not / can not avail the facility, for whatever reason, the amount will not be
credited to salary.
