In part completion of our requirements for assessing the product in our research paper. I, Myls
Otarra, representative for group 7 in grade 11-Einstein, respectfully seek permission to conduct
a group interview assessment for our research study titled “Geodetics Monitoring for Land
Deformation in Vulnerable Coastal Areas of Cebu”.

Our study aims to assess land deformation in coastal areas prone to environmental risks using
geodetic monitoring techniques. Through interviews and data collection, we seek to gather
insights from participants to validate and enhance the applicability of our research framework.

To ensure the reliability and integrity of our study, we request permission to conduct this
assessment outside the school premises at Catmon, Cebu, where we have identified a secure
and conducive environment for the activity. The assessment will be scheduled over 1-3 days at
times convenient for the participants who have voluntarily consented to participate.

We assure you that the research process complies with ethical and safety guidelines. All
participant information will remain confidential, and their involvement is entirely voluntary.
Additionally, the research team takes full responsibility for ensuring a safe and secure
assessment environment. The data collected will be strictly used for educational and research
