Risk Assessment Jollibee in TSU LUCINDA

The project involves constructing a Jollibee fast food chain at Tarlac State University to enhance campus amenities, provide convenient dining options, and create job opportunities for the local community. A comprehensive risk assessment has been conducted to identify potential hazards during both construction and operational phases, along with mitigation measures to ensure safety and project success. The initiative aligns with the university's mission and aims to stimulate local economic growth while addressing various risks associated with construction and operational activities.

Project Description

The project involves the construction of a Jollibee fast food chain at Tarlac State University (TSU) Lucinda Campus. The
purpose of this project is to provide convenient dining options for students, faculty, and visitors, enhance the campus amenities, and
create job opportunities for the local community. The fast-food chain aims to offer a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and
dinner, in a comfortable and accessible setting.
The opening of a Jollibee fast food restaurant at Tarlac State University (TSU) Lucinda Campus is a major improvement to the
campus's facilities, with the goal of offering visitors, staff, and students easy dining options. In addition to being in line with the
university's mission to enhance campus life, this initiative has the potential to boost the local economy by generating jobs and
expanding businesses. Although this project's construction and operational phases promise significant benefits, they also carry several
risks and hazards that need to be carefully evaluated and controlled to guarantee the project's success and safety. In order to promote a
safe and efficient building process that will ultimately result in success, this risk assessment attempts to identify potential hazards and
provide mitigation methods.

Objectives
1. Enhance Campus Amenities: Provide a popular and convenient dining option for the university community.
2. Create Job Opportunities: Generate employment for local residents and students.
3. Promote Convenience: Offer quick meal options for students and staff with busy schedules.
4. Support Local Economy: Stimulate economic growth within the university vicinity.
