Requirements-
 Designation – Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)
 JOB ROLES –

 Machine Operation: Operate and monitor precision die casting machines to ensure smooth production processes.
 Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and
standards.
 Maintenance Support: Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to minimize downtime and
maximize productivity.
 Process Optimization: Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement
solutions to enhance efficiency.
 Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for oneself
and others.
 Qualification & Stream – B.tech and Diploma (Mechanical , Electrical)
 Male /Female – Both
 CTC and In hand salary – 20k to 25k for 8 to 12 months and then 3.5 - 4 LPA
 Departments Hiring – QA/QC, Production, Planning, Purchase, Sales & Marketing, Design, Project.
 % Criteria – Between 55% to 60% or above
 Accommodation (Hostel or Room facility / Fooding) – Yes and food allowance in company canteen
 Bond– No
 Backlogs allowed – Yes
 Joining – After Pass out
 Pursuing Candidates will be allowed or not– NA
 Leaves during exams – NA
 Job Location – Mumbai and Murbad
 Working Hours – 9 hours
 Interview Process – Virtual
 Leave Policy during Training – You will be entitled to 6 Casual Leaves during your training period.
After completion of Training , you will have the following benefits –

• Leave Policy after Completion of GET Training Program:


Upon successful completion of the training program, you will receive 27 leaves annually, which
includes: 18 Privilege Leaves, 9 Casual Leaves.

• Performance-Based Bonus:
After completing the training program, you will be eligible for a performance-based bonus, which
will be awarded every 6 months based on your performance.

• Insurance Benefits:
You will be provided with Health Insurance Coverage of up to 2 Lakh.
Additionally, you will be covered under Accidental Insurance up to 2 Lakh.
