I believe in God, O my God, I am heartily sorry for having

the Father Almighty, offended Thee, and I detest all my sins
Creator of heaven and earth, because of thy just punishments, but
and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our most of all because they offend Thee,
Lord, my God, who art all good and deserving
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, of all my love. I firmly resolve with the
born of the Virgin Mary, help of Thy grace to sin no more and to
suffered under Pontius Pilate, avoid the near occasion of sin. Amen.
was crucified, died and was buried;
He descended into hell;
on the third day He rose again from the
dead;
He ascended into heaven,
and is seated at the right hand of God
the Father Almighty;
from there He will come to judge the
living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the Holy Catholic Church,
the communion of Saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and life everlasting.
