Step By Step Process flow
To book your Annual Health Check, follow the process below
⚫ Step 1: Visit URlife website www.urlife.co.in
⚫ Step 2: Sign in with your corporate email id (all in small letters) and OTP will be
received through email
⚫ Step 3: Check your pre-filled profile: Name, Email, Contact Number, Age, Gender
⚫ Step 4: Choose Corporate Health Check
⚫ Step 5: Select Diagnostic Centre, City, Date & Slot
⚫ Step 6: Acknowledgement email received on your Official Email ID
⚫ Step 7: Appointment Confirmation Email will be sent to customer from Apollo
Clinic within 24-48 hours
⚫ Step 8: Visit Centre on the selected appointment day and complete the AHC
⚫ Step 9: Reports need to be collected by respective employee from the centre.
