 Is : One of the leading palm oil producers in the region, managing over 200,000
hectares of oil palm plantations across the Riau, East Kalimantan and West
Kalimantan provinces of Indonesia.
 Core Business Activities : Cultivating oil palms, harvesting the fresh fruit bunches
(FFB) and milling them into crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel (PK). In addition
to plantations and palm oil mills, the Group through its refinery, fractionation,
biodiesel and kernel crushing plants, processes its CPO and PK production into higher
value palm-based products such as biodiesel, refined, bleached and deodorised (RBD)
olein and RBD stearin, palm kernel oil and palm kernel expeller. This enables the
Group to extract maximum value out of our upstream plantation assets. Our products
are sold to both local and international markets.

 Corporate Governance : The financial year ended 31 December 2023, with specific
reference to the Code of Corporate Governance 2018 issued by the Monetary
Authority of Singapore on 6 August 2018.
 Code of Conduct : Serves as a general guideline for Management and employees in
conducting their duties and responsibilities ethically. It outlines corporate values and
ethical standards which are in line with the Group’s vision and mission.

 Plantations and Palm Oil Mills Business : Located in the Riau, East and West
Kalimantan provinces of Indonesia. With more than 200,000 hectares of oil palm
plantations, we occupy a leading position in the Indonesian oil palm industry. In
FY2023, our mills produced 951,425 tonnes of CPO with an average CPO extraction
rate of 22.7% and average PK extraction rate of 4.9%. We will continue to monitor
our milling capacity to ensure that we can accommodate expected increases in FFB
production from our plantations.

 Refinery and Processing Business : The Group has two processing plants located in
the Riau province, one of which is located in Pelintung and another in the sea-front
Integrated Processing Complex (IPC) in Dumai. The Group’s current annual
processing capacity is 850,000 tonnes. In late 2011, the Group has embarked on an
expansion of its refinery and processing capabilities in IPC. The IPC houses a palm
oil mill, refinery cum fractionation plant, kernel crushing plant, jetty with bulking
facility as well as some supporting auxiliary infrastructure.

 Products : Crude palm oil (CPO) to refined palm products which include biodiesel.
The CPO produced by our plantations and palm oil mills are channeled to our
processing plants for refining. From our processing plants, we produce refined,
bleached and deodorised palm oil (RBDPO). The RBDPO goes through the
fractionation process where RBD palm olein (cooking oil) and RBD palm stearin are
subsequently produced.
