Observation:
During the plant visit flue gas outlet temperature from
the economizer was measured to be 213°C.

Improvement Result:
The current outlet temperature of the flue gas is
measured at 168°C. The overall outlet temperature
variation is ranged within 165°C – 168°C.

temperature. Which was measured to be around 148°C.

The current outlet temperature of the flue gas is
measured at 144°C. The overall outlet temperature
variation is ranged within 141°C – 145°C.

Observation:
During the plant visit flue gas outlet temperature from
the economizer was measured to be 182°C.

Improvement Result:
We used temperature probe to measure flue gas outlet
temperature. Which was measured to be around 162°C

Outlet Probe Insert point:


Measured data recorded at 162°C
