Instructions:
Bleeding: Bite on the gauze pad placed over the extraction site for 30–45 minutes. Replace it
with a new pad if bleeding persists, or use a damp tea bag (tannins help clotting).
Swelling: Apply a cold compress to the cheek near the extraction site for 15 minutes on and
off during the first 24 hours.
Diet: Stick to soft foods (e.g., soups, yogurt, smoothies) for the first 24–48 hours. Avoid hot,
spicy, or crunchy foods.
Hygiene: Avoid brushing the area for 24 hours. Rinse gently with warm salt water starting
