Overview
Drawing from our in-depth research on Interview Rubrics from over 50
leading product-based tech firms and their corresponding pay scales, we
have carefully mapped out the traits that need to be showcased during
interviews. This comprehensive framework forms the foundation of TGP.

Framework
The journey to MAANG and other Top-Tech Product Companies has been
divided into 14 levels beginning from Level 1 to Level 14. Every week
each learner will undergo a rigorous mock interview test to assess their
current level. Every level they clear will give us a benchmark of the type
of companies the learner can target and the amount of extra effort the
learner needs to put in. It will help to identify areas of weakness.

Results
At every level candidates get a clear understanding of their performance
potential in specific company interviews.
For example, if a learner successfully clears Level 1 they will be
eligible to clear interviews with Infosys and similar companies.
At Level 5 they will be eligible to clear interviews with IBM and similar
companies. At Level 8 they will be eligible to clear interviews with
BookMyShow and similar companies.
At Level 11 they will be eligible to clear interviews with RazorPay and
similar companies.
Finally if they’re able to clear Level 14 they will be eligible to clear
interviews with MAANG and Top Product Companies.

MINDMAP
"Approaching any DSA problem is now simplified"

Overview
After conducting interviews with over
30 engineers from MAANG, it was found
that their preferred approach to solving
complex DSA problems was to identify
patterns. In response, a specialised tool
was developed by the team to assist
our learners in this process.

Framework
Every complex programming question can be broken down into multiple
subcases. Each subcase has a specific approach with which it can be
solved. Irrespective of the number of questions a learner solves, if they
are able to successfully identify which approach to apply the solution to
the question can be achieved. The MindMap tool provides this very
approach to these complex problems.

Results
Upon implementing the MindMap tool, our learners experienced a
significant reduction in the time spent on Hard questions, with the
average time decreasing from 50 minutes to less than 22 minutes!
