Subject: Request to Reschedule Applied Mathematics Examination

Respected Ma'am,

We, the students of Class 11, humbly request your kind consideration regarding the
scheduling of our Applied Mathematics examination, currently set for 19th February
2025, just a day after our Economics examination on 18th February 2025. Given the
back-to-back nature of these subjects, we are finding it difficult to adequately prepare
for both, leading to immense stress and a lack of sufficient revision time.

We would like to propose rescheduling the Applied Mathematics exam to the same day
as Hindi (which is on 22nd February 2025). This adjustment will not create any
conflicts, as:

Students who have Hindi do not have Applied Mathematics, and vice versa. Hence,
shifting the exam will not overburden any student with two exams on the same day.
Providing a gap between Economics and Applied Mathematics will allow better
preparation and improved performance.
It will help reduce stress and ensure a fair distribution of study time across subjects.
We sincerely hope that our request will be considered favorably in the best interest of
all students. We are confident that with your support, a solution that benefits everyone
can be implemented.
