Notes

1. Do not use the printer any way other than described herein to avoid personal injury
or properly damage.
2. Do not place the printer near any heat source or flammable or explosive objects. We
suggest placing in a well-ventilated, low-dust environment.
3. Do not expose the printer to violent vibration or any unstable environment, as this
may cause poor print quality.
4. Please use recommended resin to in case damage of machine.
5. Do not use any other power cable except the once supplied. Always use a grounded
three-prong power outlet.
6. Please do not open the plastic cover during usage, otherwise the printing will be
interrupted.
7. Do not wear cotton gloves when operating the printer. Such cloths may become
tangled in the printers moving parts leading to burns, possible bodily injury, or printer
damage.
8. Please wait a moment after the print is finished. And please wear gloves to take out
the print by tools.
9. Clear the printer frequently. Always turn the power off when cleaning and wipe with a
dry cloth to remove dust, adhered printing plastics or any other material of the frame,
guide rails or wheels. Use glass cleaner or isopropyl to clean the print surface.
10. Children under 10 years should not use the printer without supervision.

Level Platform 1

1. First raise the platform, then loosen rubber screws on the left and right sides of the
resin vat and take out the resin vat.

2. Tool > Manual > Home, and check whether the platform sticks into the printing
screen.

NOTE: The printing platform has been leveled at the factory. IF it needs leveling due to
transportation or other reasons, please follow the steps below to adjust the printing
platform.

Level Platform 2

In the platform does not stick to the print screen, do as the following:

1) After unscrewing the screw, press “Home” to keep the platform and the print screen
parallel.

2) Gently press the platform and tighten 4 screws clockwise, ant the platform can be
leveled successfully.

3) Level up the z-axis a proper position, put the resin vat in, align the screw holes at both
ends of the resin vat, and then tighten the fixing screws at both ends of the resin vat.
Load Resin

Pour the UV photosensitive resin into the resin vat. The slot capacity is 140ml / 170ml /
225ml / 285 ml.

TIPS:

How to change resin:

Takt out the resin vat slowly, pour out the remaining resin into the container, clean the
resin vat, pour in new resin, and then install the resin vat to the machine.

CAUTION:

Resin may cause skin irritation or an allergic skin reaction. Please wear gloves before use
to avoid direct contact with the skin.
Release Film Instructions

Installation steps:

a) First, remove the 14 screws at the bottom of the tray and take out broken release film.

b) Then place the release film between the two steel frames.

c) Finally, put the assembled steel frame back into the tray and tighten 14 screws.

d) The installed release film is as shown.

Start Printing

1) Slice

1) Open the slice software of LCD 3D Printer, click “open” on the left of the screen, and
add model file.

2) If the model needs to add support, click the upper right icon to set corresponding
parameters.

3) Click icon -> click “Settings” -> setting slice parameters (recommend setting
parameters of bottom layer as 10-20).

4) Click “Slice” -> waiting for slice to be finished -> save the sliced file (You are welcome to
find more details of slicing tutorial on the official website www.creality.com).

2) Print

1) Generate G-code and save the g-code file to U disk.

2) Insert the U disk -> press the print button.

 3) Press “up” or “down” to select files.

4) Select the file to be printed and press “print”.

5) Printing.

Clean the Resin Vat

* If there is residue in resin vat before printing, please clean resin vat first. The cleaning
time is generally set to 60 seconds and then shovel it off with a plastic blade.

Poznámky

1. Nepoužívejte tiskárnu jiným způsobem, než je zde popsáno, abyste předešli zranění
osob nebo poškození produktu.
2. Neumísťujte tiskárnu do blízkosti zdrojů tepla nebo hořlavých nebo výbušných
předmětů. Doporučujeme umístit do dobře větraného prostředí, kde se nepráší.
3. Nevystavujte tiskárnu prudkým vibracím nebo nestabilnímu povrchu, protože by to
mohlo způsobit špatnou kvalitu tisku.
4. Používejte pouze doporučenou pryskyřici.
5. Nepoužívejte jiný napájecí kabel než ten, který je součástí dodávky. Vždy používejte
uzemněnou tří kolíkovou zásuvku.
6. Během používání neotvírejte plastový kryt, jinak dojde k přerušení tisku.
7. Při provozu tiskárny nenoste bavlněné rukavice. Tyto látky se mohou zamotat do
pohyblivých částí tiskárny, což může vést k popáleninám, zranění nebo poškození
tiskárny.
8. Po dokončení tisku počkejte chvíli a noste rukavice, když vyndáváte výtisk.
9. Tiskárnu často čistěte. Při čištění vždy vypněte napájení. Otřete ji suchým hadříkem,
abyste odstranili prach, přilepené tiskové plasty nebo jakýkoli jiný materiál na rámu,
vodicích lištách nebo kolech. K čištění tiskové platformy použijte čistič skla nebo
isopropyl.
10. Děti do 10 let by neměly tiskárnu používat bez dozoru.

Vyrovnání tiskové platformy – Bod 1

1. Nejprve zvedněte platformu, poté uvolněte gumové šrouby na levé a pravé straně
kádě a káď vyjměte.

2. Nářadí> Manuál> Domů a zkontrolujte, zda se platforma drží na tiskové obrazovce.

POZNÁMKA: Tisková platforma byla ve výrobě vyrovnána. Pokud ji potřebuje vyrovnat

znovu z důvodu přepravy nebo jiných důvodů, upravte tiskovou platformu podle níže
uvedených kroků.

Vyrovnání tiskové platformy – Bod 2

Pokud se platforma nelepí na tiskovou obrazovku, postupujte následovně:

1) Po odšroubování šroubu stiskněte „Domů“, aby byla platforma a tisková obrazovka

paralelní.

2) Opatrně stlačte platformu a utáhněte 4 šrouby ve směru hodinových ručiček, aby

mohla být platforma úspěšně vyrovnána.

3) Vyrovnejte osu Z do správné polohy, vložte káď s pryskyřicí, vyrovnejte otvory pro
šrouby na obou koncích kádě a poté utáhněte upevňovací šrouby na obou koncích kádě.
Vložení pryskyřice

Nalijte UV fotocitlivou pryskyřici do kádě. Kapacita je 140 ml / 170 ml / 225 ml / 285 ml.

TIPY:

Jak vyměnit pryskyřici:

Pomalu vytáhněte káď, vylijte zbývající pryskyřici do nádoby (misky), vyčistěte káď od
pryskyřice, vlijte novou pryskyřici a poté znovu vložte káď do zařízení.

POZOR:

Pryskyřice může způsobit podráždění kůže nebo alergickou kožní reakci. Před použitím
noste rukavice, abyste zabránili přímému kontaktu s pokožkou.
Uvolňovací fólie

Kroky k instalaci:

a) Nejprve odstraňte 14 šroubů ve spodní části zásobníku a vytáhněte rozbitou

uvolňovací fólii.

b) Poté vložte novou uvolňovací fólii mezi dva ocelové rámy.

c) Nakonec vložte smontovaný ocelový rám zpět do zásobníku a utáhněte 14 šroubů.

d) Uvolňovací fólie je naistalována.

Začínáme tisknout

1) Krájení

1) Otevřete krájecí software LCD 3D tiskárny, klikněte na „otevřít“ v levé části obrazovky
a přidejte soubor modelu.

2) Pokud model potřebuje přidat podporu, kliknutím na ikonu vpravo nahoře nastavíte
odpovídající parametry.

3) Klikněte na ikonu -> klikněte na „Nastavení“ -> nastavení parametrů řezu

(doporučujeme nastavit parametry spodní vrstvy na 10-20).

4) Klikněte na „Slice“ -> čekejte na dokončení řezu -> uložte hotový soubor (další
podrobnosti o výukovém tutoriálu najdete na oficiálních stránkách www.creality.com).

2) Tisk

1) Vygenerujte G-kód a uložte soubor G-kódu na disk U.

2) Vložte disk U -> stiskněte tlačítko pro tisk.

 3) Stisknutím „nahoru“ nebo „dolů“ vyberte soubory.

4) Vyberte soubor, který chcete vytisknout, a stiskněte „tisk“.

Jak čistit káď na pryskyřici

* Pokud v kádi před tiskem zůstaly nějaké nečistoty, nejprve káď očistěte. Doba čištění je
obvykle nastavena na 60 sekund a poté odstraňte zbylé nečistoty plastovou čepelí.

2. Zkontrolujte nahrazením

Výsledek procesu:

1. Vyřešeno.
2. Poškození součástí, vyměňte.
3. Neznámá porucha, kontaktujte poprodejní servis.
Záruční podmínky

Na nový výrobek pořízený v prodejní síti Alza.cz je poskytnuta záruka 2 roky. Pokud
potřebujete opravu nebo jiné služby během záruční doby, kontaktujte přímo prodejce
výrobku, je nutné předložit originální doklad o zakoupení s původním datem zakoupení.
Kopie dokladů o zakoupení výrobku, změněné, doplněné, bez původních údajů nebo
jinak poškozené doklady o zakoupení výrobku nebudou považovány za doklady
prokazující zakoupení reklamovaného výrobku.

Za rozpor se záručními podmínkami, pro který nemusí být uplatněný reklamační

nárok uznán, se považuje:

• Používání výrobku k jinému účelu, než pro který je výrobek určen nebo nedodržení
pokynů pro údržbu, provoz a obsluhu výrobku.
• Poškození výrobku živelnou pohromou, zásahem neoprávněné osoby nebo
mechanicky vinou kupujícího (např. při přepravě, čištění nevhodnými prostředky

• Přirozené opotřebení a stárnutí spotřebního materiálu nebo součástí během
používání (jako jsou např. baterie atd.).
• Vystavení nepříznivému vnějšímu vlivu, např. slunečnímu a jinému záření či
elektromagnetickému poli, vniknutí tekutiny, vniknutí předmětu, přepětí v síti, napětí
vzniklému při elektrostatickém výboji (včetně blesku), chybnému napájecímu nebo
vstupnímu napětí a nevhodné polaritě tohoto napětí, vlivu chemických procesů např.
použitých napájecích článků apod.
• Pokud byly kýmkoliv provedeny úpravy, modifikace, změny konstrukce nebo

Megjegyzések

1. A személyi sérülések és károk elkerülése érdekében a nyomtatót ne használja az itt

leírtaktól eltérően.
2. Ne helyezze a nyomtatót hőforrás, gyúlékony vagy robbanásveszélyes tárgyak
közelébe. Javasoljuk, hogy jól szellőztetett, kevés port tartalmazó környezetbe helyezze.
3. Ne tegye ki a nyomtatót erőteljes rázkódásnak vagy instabil környezetnek, mert ez
rossz nyomtatási minőséget okozhat.
4. Használja az ajánlott gyantát a gép károsodásának megelőzésére.
5. Kizárólag a csomagban mellékelt tápkábelt használja. Mindig használjon földelt
háromágú hálózati csatlakozót.
6. Használat közben ne nyissa fel a műanyag fedelet, különben a nyomtatás megszakad.
7. Ne használjon pamutkesztyűt, amikor a nyomtatót használja. Az ilyen ruhadarabok
összekuszálódhatnak a nyomtató mozgó részeiben, ami égési sérüléseket, esetleges
testi sérüléseket vagy a nyomtató károsodását okozhatja.
8. Várjon egy percet a nyomtatás befejezése után. Kérjük, viseljen kesztyűt, hogy
szerszámokkal vehesse ki a nyomtatott tárgyat.
9. Gyakran törölje a nyomtatót. Tisztításkor mindig kapcsolja ki a készüléket, és törölje
száraz ruhával a por, a tapadt műanyag vagy a keret, a vezetősínek vagy a kerekek
bármely más anyagának eltávolításához. Használjon üvegtisztítót vagy izopropilt a
nyomtatási felület tisztításához.
10. 10 év alatti gyermekek ne használhassák felügyelet nélkül a nyomtatót.

1. Először emelje meg a platformot, majd lazítsa meg a gyantatartály bal és jobb oldalán
található gumicsavarokat, és vegye ki a gyantatartályt.

2. Szerszám> Kézi> Kezdőlap, és ellenőrizze, hogy a platform rögzül-e a nyomtatási

kijelzőre.

szintezés szükséges, kövesse az alábbi lépéseket a nyomtatóplatform beállításához.

2 platform szintezése

Ha a platform nem tapad a nyomtatási képernyőhöz, tegye a következőket:

1) A csavar kioldása után nyomja meg a "Kezdőlap" gombot, hogy a platform és a

nyomtató képernyőjét párhuzamos tartsa.

2) Óvatosan nyomja meg a platformot, húzza meg a 4 csavart az óramutató járásával

megegyező irányba, így szintezhető sikeresen.

3) Tegye a z-tengelyt a megfelelő helyzetbe, helyezze be a gyantatartályt, igazítsa a

csavarlyukakat a gyantatartály mindkét végén, majd húzza meg a rögzítő csavarokat a
gyantatartály mindkét végén.
Gyanta betöltése

Öntse az UV fényérzékeny gyantát a gyantatartályba. A nyílás kapacitása 140 ml / 170 ml

/ 225 ml / 285 ml.

Tippek:

A gyanta cseréje:

Lassan vegye ki a gyantatartályt, öntse ki a maradék gyantát a tartályba, tisztítsa meg a

gyantatartályt, öntsön be új gyantát, majd helyezze be a gyantatartályt a gépbe.

VIGYÁZAT:

A gyanta bőrirritációt vagy allergiás bőrreakciót okozhat. Használat előtt viseljen

kesztyűt, hogy elkerülje a bőrrel való közvetlen érintkezést.
Elválasztó réteg használata

Telepítés sorrendje:

a) Először távolítsa el a 14 csavart a tálca alján, és vegye ki a tönrement elválasztó

réteget.

b) Ezután helyezze az elválasztó réteget a két acélkeret közé.

c) Végül tegye vissza az összeszerelt acélkeretet a tálcába, és húzza meg a 14 csavart.

d) A beépített elválasztó réteg az ábrán látható.

1) Szeletelés

1) Nyissa meg az LCD 3D nyomtató szeletelő szoftverét, kattintson a képernyő bal

oldalán található „Megnyitás” gombra, és adjon hozzá modellfájlt.

2) Ha a modellnek támogatást kell adnia, kattintson a jobb felső ikonra a megfelelő

paraméterek beállításához.

3) Kattintson az ikonra -> kattintson a "Beállítások"-ra -> a szeletparaméterek

beállítása (alsó réteg paramétereinek javasolt beállítása 10-20-ra).

4) Kattintson a "Szelet" elemre -> várja a szelet elkészülését -> mentse a szeletelt fájlt (A
szeletelési útmutató további részleteit a hivatalos www.creality.com webhelyen találja).

2) Nyomtatás

1) Generálja a G-kódot, és mentse a g-kód fájlt az U lemezre.

2) Helyezze be az U lemezt -> nyomja meg a nyomtatás gombot.

 3) A fájlok kiválasztásához nyomja meg a „fel” vagy a „le” gombot.

4) Válassza ki a nyomtatni kívánt fájlt, és nyomja meg a „print” gombot.

5) Nyomtatás.

Tisztítsa meg a gyanta tartályt

*Ha nyomtatás előtt maradvány van a gyantatartályban, először tisztítsa meg a gyanta
tartályt. A tisztítási időt általában 60 másodpercre állítják, majd műanyag pengével
lapátolják le.

I -> Z-tengely motor -> Motor forog -> N -> 1. Rögzítés

Anmerkungen

1. Verwenden Sie den Drucker nur auf die hier beschriebene Weise, um Verletzungen

7. Tragen Sie beim Bedienen des Druckers keine Baumwollhandschuhe. Solche Stoffe
können sich in den beweglichen Teilen des Druckers verfangen und zu Verbrennungen,
möglichen Körperverletzungen oder Druckerschäden führen.
8. Bitte warten Sie einen Moment, nachdem der Druck abgeschlossen ist. Und bitte
tragen Sie Handschuhe, wenn Sie den Druck mit Werkzeugen zu entfernen.
9. Reinigen Sie den Drucker regelmäßig. Schalten Sie das Gerät beim Reinigen immer
aus und wischen Sie es mit einem trockenen Tuch ab, um Staub, anhaftende
Druckkunststoffe oder andere Materialien vom Rahmen, den Führungsschienen oder
den Rädern zu entfernen. Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen der Druckoberfläche
Glasreiniger oder Isopropyl.
10. Kinder unter 10 Jahren sollten den Drucker nicht ohne Aufsicht benutzen.

Level- Plattform 1

1. Heben Sie zuerst die Plattform an, lösen Sie dann die Gummischrauben an der linken
und rechten Seite des Harzbehälters und nehmen Sie den Harzbehälter heraus.

2. Werkzeug> Manuell> Startseite und prüfen Sie, ob die Plattform im Druckbildschirm

haftet.
HINWEIS: Die Druckplattform wurde werkseitig ausgerichtet. Wenn es aus Transport-
oder anderen Gründen nivelliert werden muss, befolgen Sie bitte die nachstehenden
Schritte, um die Druckplattform anzupassen.

Level-Plattform 2

Wenn die Plattform nicht am Druckbildschirm haftet, gehen Sie wie folgt vor:

1) Drücken Sie nach dem Lösen der Schraube auf „Home“, um die Plattform und den
Druckbildschirm parallel zu halten.

2) Drücken Sie leicht auf die Plattform und ziehen Sie die 4 Schrauben im Uhrzeigersinn
fest, damit die Plattform erfolgreich ausgerichtet werden kann.

3) Richten Sie die Z-Achse in eine geeignete Position aus, setzen Sie den Harzbehälter
ein, richten Sie die Schraubenlöcher an beiden Enden des Harzbehälters aus und ziehen
Sie dann die Befestigungsschrauben an beiden Enden des Harzbehälters fest.
Harz einfüllen

Gießen Sie das UV-lichtempfindliche Harz in die Harzwanne. Die Schlitzkapazität beträgt
140 ml / 170 ml / 225 ml / 285 ml.

TIPPS:

So wechseln Sie das Harz:

Den Harzbehälter langsam austakten, das restliche Harz in den Behälter gießen, den
Harzbehälter reinigen, neues Harz einfüllen und dann den Harzbehälter in die Maschine
einbauen.

VORSICHT:

Harz kann Hautreizungen oder allergische Hautreaktionen verursachen. Bitte tragen Sie
beim Gebrauch die Handschuhe, um direkten Hautkontakt zu vermeiden.
Trennfolie anbringen

Installationsschritte:

a) Entfernen Sie zuerst die 14 Schrauben am Boden des Tabletts und nehmen Sie die
gebrochene Trennfolie heraus.

b) Legen Sie dann die Trennfolie zwischen die beiden Stahlrahmen.

c) Setzen Sie zum Schluss den montierten Stahlrahmen wieder in das Fach ein und
ziehen Sie die 14 Schrauben fest.

d) Die installierte Trennfolie ist wie abgebildet.

1) In Scheiben zuschneiden

1) Öffnen Sie die Slice-Software des LCD-3D-Druckers, klicken Sie links auf dem
Bildschirm auf „Öffnen“ und fügen Sie eine Modelldatei hinzu.

2) Wenn das Modell Unterstützung hinzufügen muss, klicken Sie auf das Symbol oben
rechts, um die entsprechenden Parameter festzulegen.

3) Klicken Sie auf das Symbol -> klicken "Einstellungen" -> Slice-Parameter
einstellen (empfehlen, die Parameter der unteren Ebene auf 10-20 einzustellen).

4) Klicken Sie auf „Slice“ -> warten Sie, bis der Slice fertig ist -> speichern Sie die
geschnittene Datei (Sie können gerne weitere Informationen zum Slicen-Tutorial auf der
offiziellen Website www.creality.com finden).

2) Drucken

1) Generieren Sie G-Code und speichern Sie die G-Code-Datei auf einem USB-Stick .
2) Legen Sie den USB-Stick ein -> drücken Sie die Drucktaste.

3) Drücken Sie "Auf" oder "Ab", um Dateien auszuwählen.

4) Wählen Sie die zu druckende Datei aus und drücken Sie auf „Drucken“.

5) Drucken.

Reinigen des Harzbehälters

* Wenn sich vor dem Drucken Rückstände im Harzbehälter befinden, reinigen Sie bitte
zuerst den Harzbehälter. Die Reinigungszeit wird in der Regel auf 60 Sekunden
eingestellt und dann mit einem Kunststoffmesser abgeschaufelt.
