Brief Introduction
Product Features
High range water reduction: Tested according to ASTM C494/C494M TYPE-G BS EN934-2-2009,
the water reduction rate can be up to 30% at high dosage rates;
High compressive strengths: It can improve the compressive strengths of concrete by 50-100% at
the age of 3 days, 40-80% at the age of 28 days and 25-40% at the age of 90 days;
High slump retention: Almost no slump loss of the concrete within 2hours.;
Excellent workability: No bleeding or segregation, no bleeding mark or obvious bubble defect on
the concrete surface;

Use Method and Matters Needing Attention
Dosage:
The addition rate of PCA®–I normally is ranged from 0.2~2.0% of cementitious material. The
accurate addition rate is determined based on concrete raw materials and mix proportion, on which
trials is necessary to obtain required performance with optimum dosage.
Don’t mix with naphthalene-based admixture. If other admixtures, such as retarding or corrosion-
inhibiting admixture, are required simultaneously for some special projects, compatibility tests
should be conducted beforehand.
Security Matters
PCA® –I does not contain any hazardous substances needed to be labeled. However, it is
recommended to use standard handling procedures with the product. Wear gloves and eye
protection and wash splashes to the skin with soap and water at the end of shifts or at breaks.
