Workload

1. Too much workload.

2. I do not have enough time to prepare my lessons given the number of workloads I
have.

3. Not having enough planning time will not help me manage my workload very well.

4. I always have to work beyond my contracted hours.

5. I feel exhausted because of the amount of workloads I have.


Compensation

1.I feel that my efforts and contributions are not fairly recognized in terms of
compensation.

2.My compensation is does not commensurate with my experience and qualifications.

3. The benefits(healthcare, etc,) provided to me is not good that henders me to teach


with quality education.

4. My salary does not inspire me to teach more.

5. My work compensation is not enough to provide my families needs and wants that
lead me to worry and not be active in teaching.

Work Environment

1.The overcrowded classroom made me less interested in teaching.

2. I feel unmotivated to teach sometimes beacause of the students unpleasant


behavior.

3.I get frustrated when I am placed in a classroom that is far from most of the
teachers

4.Untidy classroom made me less interested to teach.

5. Having a bad relationship with my co-teachers made me less interested to come to


school and teach.

Personal Growth

1.I often feel overwhelmed by my teaching responsibilities.

2. I feel unmotivated to improve my teaching practices.

3. I often receive constructive feedback that does not help me grow as a teacher.

4. I believe my contributions as a teacher are not valued by my colleagues and


administration.
