alignment found limit

penetration final welding

ESP foundation checking completed after the casting of column,bolt to


2 bolt daviation found (+-4mm) and diagonal of the bottom found (+-
5mm)
Daily reciever tank and bulk storage tank side ladder erection and
welding under progress

all member of the side ladder of dialy reciever tannk found ok as per
drawing also welding of the ladder found ok

Distillation section all pump loop fitting and eretion completed

all thelopp and pipe size,reducer found ok as per drawing and welding
of the joint is poor quality
AIR blower loop fabrication under proggress in fermation section

air line for the liquid seperator for air blower loop fitting found ok as
per drawing also gap,bevel,and step end fitting foound ok

line prefabrication completed for the cip loop and sealing line

all the line fitting foound ok also line joint found ok but welding quality
found poor
