Role – Analyst - Business Consulting

Practice – AIX - AI Transformation Consulting, India


Location – Pune, Bangalore

We are seeking dynamic and sharp engineering graduates with excellent technical acumen to join
our agile, passionate, and fast-growing AI consulting practice. As part of our team, you will help
organizations in their business transformation journey fueled by intelligent technologies. We're
looking for candidates who are eager to learn, take on new challenges, and stay informed about
industry trends. If you're ready to apply your technical skills, develop business acumen, and make
a real impact in a rapidly evolving field, this opportunity is for you. We work in hybrid mode with at
least 3-4 days from office/client locations.

About the team


AI transformation consulting (ATC) practice is part of the Global AIX (AI-First & Experience)
practice and is responsible for
 selling and delivering AI, Analytics advisory services in India, selected regions in Asia Pacific
and the Middle East
 driving the value realization office for transformation programs using our proprietary Infosys
Value Management (IVM) platform
 working closely with our global teams in delivering AI, Automation and Data engagements for
some of our global clients
Being a horizontal unit, we work across sectors – Banking, Financial Services, Insurance,
Consumer & Retail, Telecom, Services, Utilities, Resources & Energy – and collaborate with the
other vertical practices of Infosys Consulting and also with different units of Infosys. The team was
formed in Q1, FY22. The current team size is ~40 and we aspire to be a 50-member strong
consulting team by FY26.

What you’ll do:


 Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs
 Design and implement AI solutions to drive business transformation
 Work in cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
 Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and related technologies
 Assist the leadership in identifying use-cases and developing POCs

 Collaborate with leadership in developing thought leadership, POVs, and whitepapersand
whitepapers

To be successful in this role, you must have the following…


 Self-motivated, good attitude, collaborative and team player
 Structured problem-solving capabilities with good presentation skills
 Very good at researching, generating data-driven insights & preparing impactful stories
 Strong foundation in engineering principles
 High enthusiasm for learning about business processes and strategies
 Very good analytical skills
 Technical Skills:
o Python programming (mandatory)
o Specialized in AI, ML
o Machine Learning (Supervised and Unsupervised learning algorithms)
o Basic understanding of deep learning and neural networks, generative AI
o Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
