Brief Rationale

Evaluating the curfew in Pico, La Trinidad, helps determine if it really prevents crime and keeps the community safe. This can be done by checking if
crime rates have dropped since the curfew started, asking residents if they feel safer, and seeing how well the police enforce it. It’s also important to
check if fewer young people are getting into trouble and if the curfew has any negative effects, like hurting businesses or causing problems between the
police and the community. This evaluation helps decide if the curfew is a good crime prevention strategy or if other solutions are needed.
