existing end-to-end customer journeys and improve the customer experience by devising

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Key Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement


technology solutions.
 Analyse data and generate insights to support business decisions.
 Develop and maintain software applications using various programming languages.
 Ensure the quality and performance of applications through testing and debugging.
 Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to
deployment.
 Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications and systems.
 Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Skills and Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, AI/ML, or


related fields
 Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, React.js,
Node.js, and SQL
 Knowledge of data visualization tools like Qlik sense and Tableau
 Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization
technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Excellent communication and ability to work in teams
 Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
