This study guide is designed to help you prepare for the Workday Pro Integrations Certification exam.
This guide provides general testing information and outlines the specific topics covered in each
segment of the exam.
Testing Information
The Workday Pro Integrations Certification exam consists of 50 questions, selected from several
different topics. You will have 120 minutes to complete the exam. You will also have one attempt to
successfully complete the exam. Subsequent attempts require a fee of 1 Training Credit.
The Workday Pro Integrations Certification is for individuals who are responsible for creating and
maintaining integrations between Workday and external systems. An Integrations Workday Pro will
attain proficient-level knowledge in the following areas:
● Using Report Writer to create advanced custom reports capable of using Reports as a Service
(RaaS) to feed data into Enterprise Interface Builder.
● Creating calculated fields that are added to RaaS reports. These fields can accomplish several
tasks, including: manipulating dates and text, evaluating conditions, working with data from
related objects, and performing arithmetic calculations.
● Building and maintaining basic Workday integration systems.
● Using RaaS to create outbound EIB integrations.
● Using Cloud Connect to take advantage of Workday Web Services using configuration instead
of coding.
● Creating a DIS-based integration system.
● Working with multiple Change Detection scenarios.
● Using XSLT to transform XML data into the formats required by the external vendors.
● Securing outbound EIBs and connectors.
Customizing Integrations
Below is a list of the topics, along with exam weight by topic, and the tasks related to those topics that
will be covered on this exam. For best exam results, it is recommended to familiarize yourself with how
to perform the tasks listed in each topic area. You will be tested on recalling, applying, and analyzing
concepts. You will be tested on some or all of these tasks.

When you are ready to take the exam, you will access the Workday Pro Integrations Certification Exam
from your transcript in the Workday Learning Center.
1. If you are not already enrolled, enroll in the certification program in the Workday Learning
Center.
2. Once enrolled in the program, access the exam course. The lessons in this course will explain
how to book your proctored exam appointment.
3. Log in to Questionmark to book your proctored exam appointment.
After you complete your exam, your results will display immediately in Questionmark and in the
