** REMARKS
1)Shipper takes all responsibilities for any penalty charge/arising charge occur ( lift on/ lift off, trucking fee, re-weighing
container, weighing for individual shipment …) due to shipper declare wrong VGM.
2) Please prior check with us for special cargo: dutiable, hazardous, seed, exhibition, re-export, personal effects and
foodstuff.
3) Cargoes packed in wooden/ straw material or wooden origin must be fumigated under International standard. All
arising cost/penalty due to missing fumigation will be on shipper's account.
4) For abandoned cargo, all charges (local charges, storage charges, penalty charges, destroying charges,....) occurred
at destination will be on shipper's account.
5)Please check with us in advance for non-stackable shipment.
6)Please sign your name on the booking note to confirm the weight, measurement, cargo's status when delivering cargo
to CFS warehouse. We will not be responsible for any claim due to lack of your confirmation .
7)Please stick shipping mark onto surface of all crate/carton/case/pallet. The responsibility will belong to you if any
problem occurs due to missing shipping mark.
