V. Introduction of the Program/Activity


 Background and Rationale
The annual conduct of the K to 12 Basic Education Program End-Of-
School-Year (EOSY) Rites serves to commemorate the fruits of the
collective effort of the whole school community to provide learners with
a holistic preparation to pursue higher education, entrepreneurship,
middle level skills development or employment with increased chance
of success. These rites are solemn ceremonies of acknowledging
learners who have successfully met, or even exceeded curricular
requirements, and mark the transition to subsequent stages and
specific milestones of the basic education program.

In line of the above activity, the Little Baguio Elementary School will
conduct the graduation ceremony in order recognize the effort of the
learners and teachers. This activity will strengthen continues dedication
in education.

 Objectives
1. To distinguish the academic awardees for the school year 2022-
2023
2. To acknowledge the academic achievements and efforts of the
Grade 6 pupils and their respective parents.
 Program/Activity Design Features
The activity was done face-to-face.

 Participants
School head, Teachers and, Graduates, Parents and Guests of Little
Baguio Elementary School which are composed of 18 males and 21
females. A total number of 39 participants.

 VIII. Highlights of the Program/Activity


 Opening Activity
The opening programs was conducted face to face.39 out of 39
participants were present during the opening program. The Graduates
with their parents, faculty and staff, and guests are joined in the
processional march. The Grade 6 Adviser were the facilitator of the
opening activity.

 Synthesis of the Inputs


After the opening program the graduates receiving their certificates,
medal, ribbons and other awards. The speaker delivers her
inspirational message meaningfully to inspire the graduates to
continue their education.
 Closing Activity
The Graduation ceremony of Little Baguio Elementary School ended
fruitfully. The teachers and graduates seems very happy in their
awards. The school head announces the upcoming programs and
activity of the department.

X. Overall Impressions, Comments and Issues Encountered


Its delivery:
a. On facilitators: The facilitators were exerted effort to make
the program successful.
b. From the participants: The participants were interested
through out the activity
c. On the content of the program/activity: The program /activity
were organized well
d. On delivery strategies: The delivery strategies of the session
were engaging.
e. On training supplies and materials
f. On ICT equipment and internet connectivity. The ICT
equipment was quite challenging since the internet
connection were sometimes interrupted.
2. Its management:
a. Prior to delivery: There were not thorough discussion of
activities among the participants.
b. During the delivery: The facilitator strategized in order to
deliver the sessions and activities effectively.
c. After delivery: The parents and graduates were happy in the
awards they receive.
3. Other issues: None
