JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment
 Responsible for developing and implementing the overall talent acquisition process to
identify and hire right candidate.
 Managed companywide sourcing campaigns through social media, job portals, Internal
database and referral checks
 Maintained up to date recruitment progress report, and all related staffing communication
Payroll: -

 Handling the payroll management this includes employee leave records maintenance, time
office management, salary preparation & disbursements, etc., ensuring all statutory
compliances pertaining to payroll. Having experience on payroll software: Facto HR,
Genpayroll.

Maintaining Employee Information& HR Documentation: -

 Maintaining the employee profile data base to track the employee personal
Professional and statutory details for the smooth operation of the HR team
 Handling and supervising the employee data management for the stages; sourcing, joining,
during employment, retirement/resignation and exit formalities.
 Issuing of Appointment Orders, Confirmation Letters, Appraisal/Salary Increment Letters,

Liaison (Statutory compliance):

 Responsible for statutory compliance like EPF, ESIC, timely remittance of payments,
returns, submission of challans and Monitoring the filling.
 Monitoring & record keeping.
 Enrolment of new employee and KYC updation in EPF and ESIC

Training & Development: -

 Identification of training needs in coordination with the HOD's of various departments and
preparation of training calendar as per the requirement of the Organization.
 Obtaining the feedback from the employees for determining the effectiveness of training
program.

Performance Management System: -

 Implemented Performance reviews, appraisal and development plan of employees and


connected work such as performance improvement plan, increment, training, confirmations
etc.
 To Conducting Counselling, Training and Development programmes.
 Recommends for Increments and Promotions to the good performers

Employee Exit Management: -

 Responsible to conduct the exit interviews for all the resigned employees and presenting
the attrition report to the top management.
 Prepare and disbursement of F&F statements on time by coordinating with Finance for
smooth exit of the employee.

Employee Engagement: -

 To undertake day to day activities to make employees intellectually and emotionally bound
with the organization.
