Recruitment
Responsible for developing and implementing the overall talent acquisition process to

Handling the payroll management this includes employee leave records maintenance, time

compliances pertaining to payroll. Having experience on payroll software: Facto HR,
Genpayroll.
Maintaining the employee profile data base to track the employee personal
Professional and statutory details for the smooth operation of the HR team
Handling and supervising the employee data management for the stages; sourcing, joining,
during employment, retirement/resignation and exit formalities.
Issuing of Appointment Orders, Confirmation Letters, Appraisal/Salary Increment Letters,
No Due Certificate, Experience and Relieving Letters
Responsible for statutory compliance like EPF, ESIC, timely remittance of payments,
returns, submission of challans and Monitoring the filling.
Monitoring & record keeping.
Enrolment of new employee and KYC updation in EPF and ESIC
Identification of training needs in coordination with the HOD's of various departments and
preparation of training calendar as per the requirement of the Organization.
Obtaining the feedback from the employees for determining the effectiveness of training
program.
Responsible to conduct the exit interviews for all the resigned employees and presenting
the attrition report to the top management.
Prepare and disbursement of F&F statements on time by coordinating with Finance for
smooth exit of the employee.
