1. Reasons for the change of subject could be:


i. Lack of interest – Parent Request Letter
ii. Unable to score well – Previous year report card scan & Parent request letter
iii. In case of leaving any mandatory elective (Specially in X) due to medical reason, such as dyslexia – as
guided by counsellor.
