If the curtain motor does not work normally:

1 Confirm whether the power is connected right or tightly. 2 Confirm the curtain assembly is flexible without stuck. 3 If the curtain motor is suddenly powered off

during operation,please pull the curtain in the opposite direction to ensure that the curtain can be used in the case of sudden power off.
