SDO-Batangas Province. I am a school head for almost 19 years – Officer in
Charge during my years as Teacher II and Teacher III from 2005 until I got
promoted as Head Teacher II this 2024. I am also included in the list of FY
Category B.

Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a commitment to


fostering a positive and supportive learning environment for students and
teachers.

My leadership philosophy centers on collaborative leadership. I believe in


building strong relationship with students, teachers, parents and the wider
community to create a thriving school culture.

I am eager to learn more about every school’s vision and contribute my expertise
to its continued success.
