Terms and conditions


Terms and conditions
1. RSE will proceed to install system after confirmation of order, followed by payment as per terms.
2. 70% payment at the time of playcement of order and 30% payment on satisfactory commissioning of the
system.
3. Burnout equipment or products are not covered in warranty.
4. This is only a technical proposes document and is not a legal document.
5. The payment is not refundable.
6. 12 Years Product Warranty.
7. 25/30 Years Linear power output warranty.
8. Due to uncertain, critical and economical situation of the country, The Royal Solar Energy (Pvt) Ltd has right
to cancel or update the prices of any project at any time.
9. Taxes: Any Changes in the Govt. policies regarding tax shall be paid by customer.
10. Solar Panels will be delivered one weeks after receiving the pay order.
12. Per watt rate will be $0.425 and prevailing TT rate will be applicable at the time of payment. Any
