Day 01: Pune- Hyderabad (550 KM 11/12 Hours ) (By Train)- Start your Journey from Pune Station & It
will be Overnight Journey to Hyderabad

Day 02: Hyderabad (By Bus)-On Arrival to Hyderabad, Drive to Hotel. Check into the hotel for getting
Fresh and Breakfast at the hotel. Then Site visit Golconda Fort, Charminar, Salar-Jung Museum, NTR
Garden and back to the Hotel for Dinner and Night Stay.

Day 03: Hyderabad (By Bus) After Breakfast, leave for Ramoji Film City for a full day excursion till 6:00
PM, come back to Hotel for night stay and Dinner.

availability from the hotels/ airlines at the time of making payments. For the confirmation of the
package you can deposit the amount in any branch of Axis Bank .

Booking Policy

· The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.

· Token amount will be non-refundable.

· Base category rooms will be provided in every package category.

· The rates are subject to change without any prior notice.

· Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or the similar hotels.

· Photo ID-It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
(Exclude PAN Card)

· The hotel reserves the right of admission to the aforesaid reason.

. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve
etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the
hotel.

. Milk/Food for infants or children below 5 years is directly chargeable at a hotel.

. No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments,
sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks or any other
factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS

• 25% cancellation of the package cost after confirmation/issuing the hotel voucher.

• 35% cancellation of the package cost before 30 days of the traveling date.

• 50% cancellation of the package cost before 15 days of the traveling date.

• 100% cancellations before 10 days of the travel date.

• Also Note that all cancellations must be interacted in writing.

• If you prepone and postpone your package 10% charges will be charged on the total package
and it will be required to inform us in writing 15 days before your travel date.

Term & Condition

No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments,
sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the
category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of the hotel were not up to your expectations,
it will be considered on a case to case basis.

Company will use Group Photos and your college/ Institute Logo for Designing posts for Facebook,
Google and Instagram or Social Media Sites.
