HOW TO ACCESS THE FLUOR QUIZZES ON FLUOR UNIVERSITY WEBSITE

The Fluor university website works best with Chrome, Edge or Firefox browsers. To log in click any
of the following links.
www.fluoruniversity.com or
www.fluoruniversity.net
and home screen will be as below.

To “Sign in”, Click the “Sign In” link to the right (see the “Sign In” circled in RED above). Log in
screen will be as shown below.

Newly registered third-party users should receive an email from [email protected]


containing instructions on how to login and set-up their password in Fluor University. If not, it
could be that the user missed the initial email from [email protected], or it had been sent
to his spam/junk folders. If any this happens, or if users forget their password, they can then use
the “Forgot password” button to receive an email on how to retrieve their account.
Things to know about “Forgot Password” option:
a. An email will go to the work email associated with the user your record in TalentCentral/Fluor
University
b. Email reset will come from [email protected] not TalentCentral or Fluor University
c. Email reset can take 30 minutes before appearing in your inbox; be sure to check Spam/Ad
folder for email.
d. If you click Forgot Password more than once, use only the most recent email link. Clicking on
Forgot Password several times, will only expire the prior reset emails coming into your Inbox. For
each time you click Forgot Password, a new reset email with new authenticated link will be
created. Once you request another Forgot Password, it overrides the prior email and that link is
no longer active.

Other troubleshooting Tips:


a. Reboot your computer.
b. Clear out cache and cookies history from your web browser.
c. Access only 1 web browser at a time, do Not have multiple web pages open.
d. Try to use Chrome, Edge, and Firefox (one at a time) to see which one works better; sometimes
there are pop-up blockers preset in the settings so the TalentCentral/Fluor University page will
not appear to be working properly.

Once logged in your home page will look as such. Do not bookmark or shortcut your home page. You
will not remain logged in once you close your browser and the link will not be active. You will need to
type in the web address each time or bookmark the sign in screen.

1. Your home page looks like the one above. Here is where you access the learning portion as well
as your certificates earned. Once you complete and pass a quiz the certificates can be located in
the History tab.
2. You will see the quizzes assigned to you under My Learning Assignments tab as shown above.
3. Click on the quiz you wish to start by clicking on START COURSE.
4. You will receive a confirmation that you want to launch the course.
5. Choose yes to launch.
6. The quiz will then begin. Make sure that your font setting for your screen is set to 100%.
Anything larger than 100% will not show the complete screen for navigation.

7. You will follow the instructions on the first page of the quiz. Click this button to start the
quiz.
8. Read the question and choose the correct answer. Once the answer is picked hit submit to
submit the answer.
9. The system will inform you if you get the question correct or incorrect. From there follow the
instructions on the screen.

10. Proceed with answering all of the questions in the quiz. At the end of the quiz you will be
informed if you have passed or if you were unsuccessful.
11. All but 1 quiz is timed. The Report writing quiz is not a timed quiz. For the timed quizzes, you are
given 2:00 to answer the question and move on to the next question. If the timer runs out before
answering the question, then the question is marked incorrect. The timer is shown below.
