Detailed-Lesson Plan

After 30 minutes of discussion, student must be able to:
a) Identify the nutritional requirements for physical activity
participations.
b) Analyze the healthy and unhealthy food that can affect in
physical activity participation.
c) Practice healthy eating in participating physical activity.
