Talk about some changes in your hometown (Topic 6 phần writing)
Eating out has both pros and cons. On the one hand, it saves our time if we are not good at
cooking or don’t have time, the restaurant would serve us within some minutes.,. Moreover,
it helps us relax after a hard working day when we want to go out with friends and try new
dishes. On the other hand, it could be risky and expensive. First, you don’t know where the
food comes from. Some dishes are harmful for your health and even cause death. Second, it
is expensive because restaurants have to pay a lot of money for staffs, electricity. In short,
eating out save your time but it could be unsafe and costly. I suggest cooking at home
because of the money and health issues.
2/ Write a paragraph about 100 – 120 words about the benefits of travelling. You can use the following ideas as
cues:
- Relax/ make friends Increase knowledge/ strengthen relationships
- Become more open-minded
- I'm a big fan of traveling because of its benefits. Firstly, Travel is a great way to
widen our knowledge and see the world. We can learn about many beautiful countries,
new languages and cultures. Travelling develops our mind and brain. Secondly,
travelling helps us meet people from all over the world and we can make new friends
and expand your relationship. Thirdly, travelling makes us more relaxed and open-
minded. During travel time, we don’t have to think about the work or study and after
that, we will feel less stressed and happier and have more energy. In short, because of
these benefits, I think people should travel more.
