1. Tell me your experiences in doing your Final Requirement and give an example
of a challenging situation you encountered while doing it and how you handled it?
- Honestly, I find doing our final requirement more interesting and successful.
Yes, we do have trouble and challenges along the way like lack of time in
doing it and finding right person to be interviewed. But thanks be to God/Allah
for providing us with all the means, resources, and persons to make this
requirement a successful one. We always believe and trust each other that
we can do it perfectly. Teamwork and collaboration are the characters that
are elevated and build while doing our requirements. We believe that if we
have each other, we can make it.

2. How do you plan and prepare your lessons to ensure they are engaging and
effective for your students?
- Planning it wisely. Time is very important in making a lesson. We can make
and prepare a more meaningful, interactive, engaging, and effective lesson if
we have a lot of time on making it. I believe that in order for us to ensure the
effectivity and efficiency of our lesson, we have to have enough time on
making it. Choosing the right method, approaches, techniques, assessment,
and motivation is important, and I know that we need a lot of time in doing it. I
believe that it’s not easy to make a lesson that is engaging and effective for
your students. Thus, planning and preparing it wisely is a must.

3. How do you incorporate technology and other resources into your teaching?
- I believe that technology is not a replacement for great teachers. Technology
is just a tool, a support and assistant system of a teacher in delivering the
most quality education for students. But then, I think we, today’s teacher, we
must learn how to use technology and integrate it into teaching for us to
become more effective and efficient. We must admit that technology also
plays an important role in teaching. It doesn’t only help us in teaching but it
has a great contribution in the part of our young learners. It gives them the
motivation, encouragement, and interest to learn. If we know how to use
technology in the classroom, then, I think and I believe that meaningful and
interactive learning happens.

4. How do you assess student progress and provide feedback to ensure they are
meeting learning objectives?
- Providing them the result of their performances is a great way also to help
learners grow and make progress in their study. I believe that as teachers, we
should provide assessment that is valid, reliable, and authentic. We should
not give them assessment that is not familiar to them or not being introduce.
Also, aligning our assessment to our learning objectives is also important for
us teachers to meet what we expect to them, and what result we are
expected.

5. How do you differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners in your
English class?
- Focusing in not only one method rather than the diverse method or way of
instruction is important. We should always remember that learners learn
differently. Everyone is unique. They have different learning styles, and we
should take that into account. I believe that varying our instruction is a great
help for them to learn better. We should not only focus in only one method,
strategy, approach, technique, or assessment method because learners are
diverse. That is the reason why we have so many types of method and
instructions because one is not enough to the whole class. One method is
definitely not good for a 30 students in the classroom. Not all of them are
good in writing or even speaking. Not everyone are visual learners, others are
auditory. Thus, we teachers we must be careful and be accountable on it.

6. Can tell me about a specific activity you've implemented in your English Class
that had a positive impact on student learning?
- Based on my experience, especially on doing our requirement recently, I have
found out that reading aloud is a very good technique in teaching English. I
know that our primary goal is to inject them ideas and build in the 5 macro
skills of communication: the reading, listening, speaking, writing, and viewing.
Through reading aloud, we are not just teaching them only one of the skills
in the 5 macro skills of communication. Instead, we are simultaneously
injecting and building more than 2 skills in them. I also believe that reading
aloud does not only improves vocabulary and their cognitive aspect, but also
it helps them to boost their confidence, increases fluency and accuracy in
reading. It also help their communication skills. I know that there are a lot of
ways or activities that we can use that gives a big impact to our learners.

7. How do you involve parents in their child's education and progress in your
English class?
- For me, the real reason why we are giving assignment after a class is for
them to have an activity also at their homes where their parents will be their
guiders. Also, having a conversation with their parents about their personality
at home is a big help for us teacher in building their personality. I believe that
parents also have a great contribution to school. Their support and
involvement are important for the development of their children. It doesn’t
mean that we all rely on teachers. We also need parents.
