As we approach the end of the academic session 2023-24, we take this opportunity to inform you about the
commencement and key dates for preparing your ward for the new session. Kindly note the dates and read
through the instructions carefully.
1. School Re-opening: We welcome our students for Academic Year 2024-25 as per the schedule below:
Grade – AY 24-25 Day and date Timing
Primary Grade 1 Tuesday, 4th June 2024 08:00 am to 02:45 pm
Primary Grade 2-4 Wednesday, 5th June 2024 08:00 am to 02:45 pm
Middle School Grade 5-7 Monday , 3rd June 2024 08:00 am to 02:45 pm
Secondary Grade 8-10 Monday, 1st April 2024 08:00 am to 02:45 pm
Higher Secondary Grade 11 Wednesday, 10th April 2024 08:00 am to 01:40 pm
Higher Secondary Grade 12 Monday, 1st April 2024 08:00 am to 01:40 pm
ACE Grade 11 and 12 Monday, 1st April 2024 08:00 am to 01:40 pm
3. Student Kit:
The Student Kit can be collected upon completion of payment for Instalment 1 and 2 for the Academic Year
2024-25.
• A checklist is provided along with the Student Kit. We kindly request you to cross-check the Student Kit items
against this checklist.
Kindly adhere to the schedule below –

4. Student ID Card:
All VIBGYOR students will receive new ID cards for the Academic Year 2024-25.
The process for issuing the new ID cards and Bearer cards will be released soon.
Until then, students will continue using their existing ID cards and Bearer cards.
In case of loss of the new ID card, a Service Request must be raised via the VIBGYOR Parent Portal.
5. Transport:
Parents can choose the transport facility online through the Parent Portal until March 21, 2024.
Any transport requests made after March 21, 2024, will need a minimum of 10 days for service
commencement.
The Transport Facility can be availed of on a term basis.
Please raise a Service request for the addition of a new stop or change in stop.
6. Cafeteria:
Nutritious snacks and lunch can be availed at the school cafeteria by purchasing term pass at the school Fee
counter or online via parent portal by selecting ‘Activity fee’ tab
The same shall be handed over to the student/learner on school re-opening day
Last date to raise service request for Leaving Certificate and Board Transfer is 15th March, 2024.

Special Service Desk timings : All days except Sundays from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
Fee Counter and VIBGYOR Shop timings : All days except Sundays and bank holidays from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00
p.m.
For Academic Year 2024-25, uniform & shoes can be ordered via three modes as mentioned below:

To order uniforms, please log in to the parent portal I-campus buddy and navigate to the 'Order uniform'
tab.
Once logged in, click on 'order uniform' which will be redirected to the “StudentKare”website.
Student details will be visible and parent can browse the “StudentKare” website to find the products you
need by selecting from various categories or using the search bar.
After adding the desired products to your cart, proceed to payment for checkout.
Select your preferred payment method to complete your order.
