1. All participants must be a Senior High School student of ACLC College of Tacloban enrolled in the school year 2024-2025.

2. Only official members of their houses can represent their house and only the official houses of the school are allowed to be
represented (Azul, Cahel, Giallio, Roxxo and Vierrdy).
3. Players can only join one team.
4. Failure to follow guidelines 1, 2 and 3 will automatically disqualify the house to the tournament.
5. The tournament will follow the setup below:

Playoff Round - Double Elimination – Best of 3


Semi Final Round - Round Robin
Final Round - Best of 5

Specific details will be discussed at the start of the tournament. In case of a tie in the semi-final round, there will be a tie
breaker match in a Best of 3 format.

6. Each team must have at least 5 members and an option to have a 6th member as substitute. Teams are allowed to have a
mix of male and female participants. The registered participants must be final and no changes in the line-up is allowed.
7. Participants must register prior to the tournament proper and provide in-game account ID and in-game name (IGN).
8. Only registered accounts ID are allowed to be used in the competition. Device changes are allowed as long as the same
account will be used in the competition.
9. Teams must be present 30 minutes before the scheduled match, failure to attend before the announced time may result in
team lose or match defeat.
10. All participating teams must provide their own gaming devices (smartphones or tablets) and stable and reliable internet
connection.
11. Using VPN is strictly prohibited.
12. After each match, the winning team is responsible for reporting the result to the tournament organizers. In the case of a
dispute, video evidence may be used for verification.
13. In the case of disputes or rule violations, teams can appeal to the tournament organizers for resolution. The decision of the
tournament organizers is final.
14. A detailed schedule will be provided before the event, including match timings and breaks for meals and rest.
15. Any concerns or inquiries should be addressed and resolved before the start of a match. Once a match begins, any disputes
or concerns may not be entertained.
16. The following house point system will be followed:

1st Place – 30 pts


2nd Place – 26 pts
3rd Place – 22 pts
4th Place – 18 pts
5th Place – 16 pts

1. The organizers must be made aware of any substitution at the beginning of each match or during breaks. Substitutes must
be registered and approved by the tournament organizers.
2. Change of players while in the middle of the game is prohibited.
3. Each team is allowed 3 pauses per game with a maximum duration of 2 minutes per pause. Organizers are allowed to
extend the time.
4. Foul language, offensive behavior and disrespectful communication is NOT allowed.
5. Any form of taunt or spam in real life or in-game is NOT allowed in the competition.
6. Teams who will violate the aforementioned guidelines will receive a warning, once the team accumulated 3 warnings the
team will automatically forfeit the game and pronounce the other team as winner of the current game only.
7. Physical altercations are strictly prohibited. Any form of physical violence will result to immediate disqualification and may
lead to further consequences.
8. Agreeing on losing on purpose will also be considered as a disqualification act.
9. In the case of a server crash, the game can be continued from a new draft but has to be the same lineup.
1. Matches will be played in the "Tournament Draft" mode. The ban-pick phase will follow a predetermined sequence.
2. The organizers are the one responsible in creating the lobby and starting the game once all participants are ready for the game.
3. The first ban-pick will be determined via toss coin.
4. The in-game rules will follow the standard Mobile Legends rules and mechanics. All players must adhere to the in-game code of
conduct and report any bugs or issues promptly.
5. Each match will have a specified time limit (1 hour). If a match ends without a clear winner within the set time, it will be
determined by the team with the higher total kills.
6. Cheating doesn’t need to be successful to qualify as a violation. Conspiring to cheat is already a violation and will lead to an
automatic disqualification for all conspirators.

6. Melee abuse is strictly prohibited.
7. Load out Restrictions
 Any functional content (weapons, operator skills, perks, utility, scorestreaks, and attachments) that is newly added to
the game is considered restricted until exactly 3 weeks (21 days) from the day it becomes available in-game for all players
to use internationally. After such, it will be considered unrestricted unless it has been added to this list.
 The 3-week guideline is enforced by the tournament administration at will. Tournament administration may restrict or
un-restrict content earlier or later than this 3-week period at their discretion. Players are required to ask tournament
administration about any functional content they are unsure about prior to use.
 Failure to comply with this list may result in forfeiture of that game, match and/or disqualification from the tournament.
8. Using restricted item/s will result to game disqualification and will declare the opposing team as the winner of the current game
only.
