KỊCH BẢN VỀ CHỦ ĐỀ ĐÔ THỊ HÓA mới

Sau intro

HẢI &Ngọc: “Hello, everyone. Welcome to our chanel

Hải : This is our brand new youtube that call social problem
Ngọc: In this chanel we are mainly disscus about the some
problem that affect people all over VIET nam and we also give
some comment and sollution for helping people deal with
these problem
Hải: you Guy may have some question that how we gonna get
the information from ? to anserew that question we actually
visit tow locations that have the serious affect of these
problem and interview the local resident to get what we want
to know
Ngọc: this’s actually the first video that we make on the chanel
and today topic is urbanisation
HẢI: As we all know, the world is developing rapidly, and
Vietnam must develop as well. According to the Urban
Department in Vietnam, by 2020, the urbanization rate
reached 40%, with an increase of 1% each year, translating to
1 to 1,2 million rural people moving to urban areas annually.
This rapid urbanization presents many challenges for Vietnam.
NGỌC: we did look up the Internet and found that quảng trị
provice is one of the most provice that badly affect by
urbansation
HẢi : we will go to quang trị provice . right now
Ngọc: that was amazzing. By the way is this quảng trị provice
Hải : this is quang trị but we currently at vinh linh district
which a part of quang trị
Ngọc: look! There so many rice field
HẢi : beatiful , isn’t
Ngọc: absoly, by the way the air is so fresh too
Hải :So Back to the poitn,we come here to interview the local
resident about what is the affect of urbanisation to their life.
Ngọc :look there’re somepople down the field , let’s ask
them what going on . Hello there!
TRÀ: Hi!
NGỌC: We’re conducting an interview about the effects of
urbanization on local residents. Would you and your friend
mind if I ask some questions about the urban issues here?
TRÀ: Yes, of course!
NGỌC: Great! Could you introduce yourself for the
microphone so I can start with some questions?
TRÀ: My name is Trà. I’m 40 years old, and this is my cousin
Tú.
TÚ: I’m Tú, I’m 35.
TRÀ: We’re both farmers.
NGỌC: Trà, what is the urban situation like in your area?
TRÀ: Well, Ngọc, our village has changed a lot. Many young
people have moved to the cities for work, leaving behind an
older population. Local businesses are struggling due to the
dwindling support, and essential services like schools and
healthcare are shifting to urban areas. The sense of
community is weakening.
NGỌC: That sounds heartbreaking. What do you envision for
the future of rural areas like yours, given these trends?
TRÀ: To be honest, I’m worried. If this continues, we might not
have anyone left to tend to the land. Farming is already tough,
and without the younger generation, I don’t know how long
we can continue. Surviving solely on farming is increasingly
difficult, and without new opportunities, it’s hard to keep
people here.
NGỌC: That must be challenging.
NGỌC: Thank you for your sharing , Trà. Now, Tú, you’ve also
chosen to stay in the village, but you seem more optimistic.
Can you share why you’ve decided to stay and what solutions
you envision for rural decline?
TÚ: There have been some benefits, like improved roads
connecting us to nearby cities. While life here is challenging,
there’s still value in our way of life. I believe the government
should invest more in rural development, create opportunities
for young people, and encourage businesses to establish
themselves in rural areas. Agriculture doesn’t have to be the
only option. If we can diversify our economy, perhaps more
people will stay or even return. However, we do feel left
behind. The gap between rural and urban life is widening, and
most educational and job opportunities are in the cities,
making it hard for us to compete.
Hải: Trà, Tú, what do you think about the idea of enhancing
rural areas to attract more young people?
TRÀ: I think that’s a positive step. If the government invested
in better infrastructure and job creation in rural areas, it might
encourage young people to stay or return. We need to
preserve our culture and community while also modernizing—
finding that balance is key.
TÚ: I completely agree. Additionally, improving access to
technology and the internet is crucial. Many young people
today are looking for digital job opportunities. If we can
provide them with the necessary tools and skills, we can
revitalize our communities and reduce migration to the cities.
Hải: Thank you, Trà and Tú.
Ngọc: after doing an interview to Trà and tu , what is your
comment ,hải
Hải : in my opinion living in vinh linh is tough because the local
resident have to deal with so many problem through out the
interview of tra and tu I find that the reality is worse than I
think but I will need some information to come up with
sollution to solve this problem
Ngọc: so what we gonna do now
Hải : we gone to hanoi where the propotoin of urbanisation is
very high
Ngọc ok let ‘s go
NGỌC: Now, let’s hear from city residents. Hello! How’s it
going? We’re interviewing people about the effects of
urbanization on local residents. Would you mind if I ask some
questions about urban issues here?
CƯỜNG: Sure, we can spare some time.
NGỌC: That sounds wonderful! Could you introduce
yourselves for the microphone before we begin?
CƯỜNG: I’m Cường, 17, a student.
LƯU: I’m Lưu, 17, also a student.
NGỌC: Cường, how has urbanization impacted your daily life?
CƯỜNG: Well, I’ve lived in the city for over ten years, and I’ve
seen many changes. On the positive side, there are more job
opportunities, and the city is continuously growing.
Urbanization has brought many conveniences—better
infrastructure, more jobs, and modern services. However, it
also comes with challenges. Overcrowding is a major issue;
traffic is terrible, and the cost of living is rising. Finding
affordable housing is becoming increasingly difficult, and
public services are under pressure.
NGỌC: That’s a valid concern. Cường, you’ve expressed your
thoughts on the environmental and social impacts of
urbanization. What do you think about how city life is
changing, and what are the biggest challenges you see?
CƯỜNG: Yes, Ngọc, urbanization is definitely affecting the
environment. Pollution levels are rising, especially air
pollution from cars and motorcycles. It’s not just about traffic;
our green spaces are disappearing as developers construct
more high-rise apartments. This impacts our health and
quality of life. Socially, there’s a growing sense of
disconnection. People come here from various places, but
with so many newcomers, it’s harder to build a sense of
community. Everyone is focused on surviving in this fast-paced
environment.
NGỌC: That’s an important point, Cường. While cities offer
opportunities, they can also feel impersonal and
overwhelming. Do you think there are solutions to these
issues, or are they just the price we pay for urbanization?
CƯỜNG: I believe there are solutions, but they require long-
term planning. The government needs to invest more in public
transportation, affordable housing, and sustainable
infrastructure. We also need to protect the environment by
creating more green spaces and reducing pollution. If we don’t
address these problems now, city living will only become more
challenging in the future.
LƯU: I echo Cường’s sentiments. The growth of our city has
brought both advantages and disadvantages. We have access
to better healthcare, schools, and recreational areas. However,
as the population grows, our public services struggle to keep
up. Pollution levels are rising, and green spaces are vanishing.
It’s concerning to think about the long-term impact of these
changes on our health and well-being. Urban planning doesn’t
seem to effectively address the needs of our growing
population.
NGỌC: Now, Cường and Lưu, what changes would you like to
see in urban policies to better tackle the challenges you’ve
mentioned?
LƯU: I would love to see more investment in public
transportation. If we had efficient and affordable options, it
would help reduce traffic congestion and pollution. Moreover,
increasing the availability of affordable housing is crucial. We
need to ensure everyone can find a decent place to live,
regardless of income level.
CƯỜNG: Absolutely, and I’d like to see initiatives focused on
environmental sustainability. It’s essential to preserve green
spaces in our city. Parks, community gardens, and recreational
areas enhance our quality of life and provide a necessary
respite from urban hustle. Engaging communities in decision-
making about urban development could also lead to more
sustainable and livable cities.
NGỌC: I’ll pass the camera back to Hai. I’m a reporter based in
Vĩnh Linh, Quảng Trị. Goodbye everyone.
HẢI: Thank you, Ngọc, for sharing your valuable insights on
this critical issue. It’s crucial that we adopt a balanced
approach to urbanization. For rural areas, government
investment in infrastructure, education, and healthcare can
help revitalize communities and prevent further population
decline. Programs to promote local businesses and agricultural
innovation could also encourage young people to stay.
Urbanization is reshaping our lives in profound ways, and it’s
important to continue the dialogue on how to create a more
equitable future. Thank you to our viewers for tuning in. This
concludes our special discussion on urbanization. Have a good
day, everyone! Goodbye and see you later!
